The size of the room the staff checking in the breakfast was all amazing. The pool was amazing. First hotel I have gotten in a while where the pool was actually open and I truly appreciate that.

However, where I had a hard time was the underside of the toilet bowl in my room had an unbelievable amount of piss just dripping off the bottom of the bowl and I don't mean new pee like my son just peed on the toilet. I mean Peta has been sitting there for a while and I definitely have pictures if you need but that's my only complaint. I'm

Location and pricing were good. Better than expected breakfast selections. Beds were comfortable and shower was clean and had very hot water. Jacuzzi was great especially after a long day of skiing/snowboarding. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also recommend going to the Woodstock Inn for dinner. (Also lots of good options in that area which is only a few minutes away)

The pool needed to be warmer, it was actually chilly but felt good if you went from the hot jacuzzi to the pool and back.

convenient, comfortable, very nice staff. the hot breakfast was much better than expected. very good selection & the sausage gravy was an excellent surprise. it’s a personal favorite & not common up north. it’s one of those little touches that puts this location at the top of my list for future visits.

the room was very dark overall even with lights on. the shades/blinds in the room didn’t work correctly & didn’t go all the way up. we didn’t ask about having it fixed as we were only there one night for a wedding & it wasn’t a particularly concerning issue. also it was greatly outweighed by the very comfortable bed, great staff & sausage gravy!

Location was great for exploring the area. Free parking is always a bonus. Included breakfast also welcome. Welcome from reception guy from Brazil (sorry can't remember his name) was exceptional.

Accept we are being very picky - but paper plates for breakfast (with plastic cutlery) is not great. Understand about staff shortages but would prefer proper crockery etc.

Breakfast was good, eating area was very clean and staff was present and available. Close walk to many shops and activities along the main road.

More available options for laundry. Someone had taken over the washer and dryer for the entire evening and I had to wash clothes at 6am the day we were leaving. As far as I can tell, only 1 washer and dryer for the entire facility on the 3rd floor (according to the wall signs)

Absolutely nothing except McDonald’s and crazy golf was walkable. Only 2 roper restaurants nearby. Approx 1.5 miles away. Jacquzi was too powerful and slashed over head constantly. Definitely need a car but that is the area not the hotel fault

A great stay during peak fall foliage season. Ran into terrible traffic on our journey to Lincoln and when we finally arrived, the host's welcome and friendly check in were such a welcome reset. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast service had a lot of options and lovely seating area. It was a very comfortable stay while touring the Kancamagus Hwy.

Traveling during peak fall foliage season of course comes at a premium cost, but this nightly rate stung the bank account. Compared to other options in the area, it was the norm.

The room was clean and super comfy. The pillows were amazing! I did the dust test around the room and literally found no dust! Aside from that, the breakfast was incredible. The first day was pancakes, sausage and home fries and omelets. The next was scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy. They have cinnamon rolls and oatmeal, bagels and breads galore. Also, the lady at the desk, Erin was so incredibly helpful. I had called the morning before we left and asked her a bunch of local questions, explaining how I booked the trip not realizing everything was still closed and it was still the off season. She told me a bunch of great places to check out and it was not disappointing! She went above and beyond.

Staff was great. Lots to do in the area. Washed a load of laundry. Lots of room in breakfast area. Breakfast laid out nicely.

Dryer didn't work well. Hotel room not large enough to have three suitcases off the floor. What happened to the closet alcove area?

The desk staff person was friendly and upgraded us to a suite. The breakfast was quite good, and the room was comfortable. Location was good as well.

The price seemed quite high for the off season.
