I'm sure the property is wonderful for the winter with the enclosed and windowed walk way and seating but it was 90°! I was disappointed there was no pool BUT our overall experience was Great! The rooms were spacious and the air conditioning was ice cold! The property location was central to Everything! We would DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!!!

No pool and the property looked abandoned and in disarray! I really believe this property is best suited for winter stays! There was what looked like an indoor pool house but it was dark!

I have stayed here several times...it is always a pleasant experience and so convenient to everything. I read other reviews and was shocked by what I read...makes me sad cuz this is a great place and if I didn't know better I would not have stayed here. Btw...I am a smoker...I smoke outside...never had a problem. I come up to the White Mountains on my motorcycle when I can, they are Biker Friendly too.

Bed was super comfortable and room was clean. It was a very cold weekend but the room was warm and inviting.

I booked because of the pool on premise but apparently a storm took the roof off in late December. No fault of the property but we were disappointed. Room was great but hair dryer didn't work so I let the front desk person know.

I was initially concerned before arriving on property after reading some of the reviews on Google. Once we arrived, we were greeted by the nicest woman who was super helpful as well. We paid for 2 suites as we were two families. Upon entering the suite, my first thought was, "what in the world are people talking about in their reviews? This place is immaculate! NOT an ounce of dust anywhere!" Smells great and it was so warm in fact, I turned on our ac for a bit. Haha I was impressed with how comfy the living room furniture was as typically pull out couches aren't that comfy. The suite had everything you could possibly need from furniture, 2 tvs, a full kitchen even stocked with dish soap to wash your dishes and such before you leave, which by the way it's common courtesy to do so! The large bathroom with a private toliet area was spotless! The bedroom was equipped with more storage than an entire family could possibly hope for, a double bed, comfy arm chair, ac unit, desk, and bureau with TV was perfect. The pool area with hot tub, although you had to walk outside to get to, was perfect! Water is chlorinated and CLEAN! The entire pool house was spotless and filled with plenty of tables, benches and chairs to accommodate guests. You can go downstairs to change if you prefer not to walk back to your room in your bathing suits, but a little cold air is good for your body and soul! 😊 In the morning, in the office, there is cereal, milk, juice, some bagels and things to toast with options of cream cheese or butter. I'm not sure why anyone would expect more when you're getting such a great price for the accommodations. It was perfect. The coffee machine... super cool and probably some of the best coffee and tea I've had at any hotel! They offer different choices of coffee and tea pods which interestingly enough the man told me they pay 57 cents each for when I inquired about them.

There wasn't anything I didnt like.

Was nice and clean! Comfortable beds. Huge room. Staff were very nice! Was very peaceful. Pool was nice! Would definitely stay again in the near future!

Property seems to need some updating. Also, we couldn’t control Heat, ( thermostat did not seem to work but we did feel heat,and it was very warm during the night.

You get what you pay for, that being said we thought it was just fine for the money and would stay again. Cheap money cheap room

Towel rack in bathroom held up with thumb tacks and popsicle sticks hahahahaha kind of funny. But hey, If ya squint, it's mint! floors very creaky

Location was absolutely perfect near everything Lincoln & Woodstock have to offer. The woman who checked us in was great and gave us a room adjacent to the pool without needing to ask. The indoor pool was warm and clean, hot jacuzzi was a nice added feature. We booked the double suite and size was great, with a full size fridge & freezer, stove top, microwave, dishwasher & sink.

The room door knobs were finicky and hard to use, literally. Furniture is extremely outdated and roughed up, found hairs in the bathroom. We booked 12pm check out and the gentleman cleaning kept knocking every few minutes and when I finally reminded him chk out was 12 he gave me a very bad look along with sucking of teeth and attitude.

Nice sized rooms, clean, quiet with a great pool/hot tub. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Wish they had a continental breakfast.

Room was quiet and clean. Fantastic value will 100% stay at this hotel again when skiing in NH
