I'm sure the property is wonderful for the winter with the enclosed and windowed walk way and seating but it was 90°! I was disappointed there was no pool BUT our overall experience was Great! The rooms were spacious and the air conditioning was ice cold! The property location was central to Everything! We would DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!!!

No pool and the property looked abandoned and in disarray! I really believe this property is best suited for winter stays! There was what looked like an indoor pool house but it was dark!

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though we made our reservation last-minute and checked in very late at night, they welcomed us with kindness and made the process smooth. The room was clean and the location was convenient for exploring the White Mountains.

I have stayed here several times...it is always a pleasant experience and so convenient to everything. I read other reviews and was shocked by what I read...makes me sad cuz this is a great place and if I didn't know better I would not have stayed here. Btw...I am a smoker...I smoke outside...never had a problem. I come up to the White Mountains on my motorcycle when I can, they are Biker Friendly too.

We booked on the same day and arrived late at night, but the staff called us in advance and clearly explained how to check in after the office closed. Everything went smoothly, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Bed was super comfortable and room was clean. It was a very cold weekend but the room was warm and inviting.

I booked because of the pool on premise but apparently a storm took the roof off in late December. No fault of the property but we were disappointed. Room was great but hair dryer didn't work so I let the front desk person know.

Was nice and clean! Comfortable beds. Huge room. Staff were very nice! Was very peaceful. Pool was nice! Would definitely stay again in the near future!

Property seems to need some updating. Also, we couldn’t control Heat, ( thermostat did not seem to work but we did feel heat,and it was very warm during the night.

You get what you pay for, that being said we thought it was just fine for the money and would stay again. Cheap money cheap room

Towel rack in bathroom held up with thumb tacks and popsicle sticks hahahahaha kind of funny. But hey, If ya squint, it's mint! floors very creaky

Nice sized rooms, clean, quiet with a great pool/hot tub. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Wish they had a continental breakfast.

Room was quiet and clean. Fantastic value will 100% stay at this hotel again when skiing in NH
