The common area with coffee, tea, coke, Diet Coke, bottled water, oatmeal, microwave popcorn & more was great and a nice touch. The self check-in saved time. The location is right near downtown Lincoln, close to Common Man Restaurant and McDonalds and plenty of gas stations.

The floors were squeaky but there were ear plugs provided for “light sleepers.” There are no televisions in the rooms or in the common area but board games, chess, books and a beautiful patio overlooking the gardens are all very entertaining.

Great little lodge. At first I was a bit anxious about the fact there is no one to welcome you but everything works great. Rooms are beautifully decorated, well equipped and very spacious. the public areas are also great and very pampering with many options of free beverages, hot and cold, snacks and cookies and all that is needed (silverware, cups, etc.). the lounge with the fire place is very cozy and inviting. Unfortunately it was freezing outside so we did not take advantage of the public sitting areas outside but these also look very inviting and facing a natural forest. It is really evident the owners have tried to think of every littler details. Like packs of conversation cards in various places, board games, books, treats in the room, and many more. Well located on the gateway to white mountains and also in Lincoln, quite close to many restaurants. In summary, a great option for staying at the Lincoln area.

I loved not being out on the main road through town and back into the neighborhood a bit. It was really a well done Air B&B property. I can’t think of anything that wasn’t completely thought through in regards to what the customer might want or need during a stay.

It was very overpriced for really just a well done Air B&B property. I can’t give it ‘Lodge’ status, which to me would involve next next level property and services meaning more than just the surrounding yard and gardens of a normal lot of a nice home. There would need to be grounds and food services worthy of a lodge and not just a house in a neighborhood. There is a school of some kind across the street with an active playground and a car repair garage a few doors down. We paid close to the same price in Boston for a nice downtown, theatre district hotel, right on the Freedom Trail! We did stay in the Artist Bluff Suite at Launchpoint which was probably more than the other rooms of the house, but will save my money the next time.

It is so cute and welcoming - somehow the perfect mix of modern and New England charm. The kinsman sweet was the perfect size for our group of 3 (and would’ve still been great for 4), complete with 2 reading/sitting nooks and a coffee bar with a fridge! Everything was very accessible, and there wasn’t much that they didn’t have. I LOVE that there was filtered drinking water (hot and cold). The contactless check in and stay while still having access to Danielle was actually very nice as well. They decorated for fall, had electric heaters so we could turn on faux fireplaces, and plenty of outlets and space. The suite and common area were both complete with lots of games to play too, which I loved.

Not much!! I do wish there had been a toaster or toaster oven and maybe a blanket or two in the room for sitting.

Launchpoint Lodge is not your typical hotel. There's no staff on site and no children under twelve are allowed nor are pets allowed. The facility is an old home converted into suites, six in total. Indoor and outdoor doors are locked using a digital keypad. No need for keys. The rooms don't have televisions; however, Wi-Fi is available. Launchpoint Lodge is a quiet, homy, rustic place we loved staying at. If you don't like loud people in the hallway outside your door and screaming kids running around waking, you up at night, then Launchpoint Lodge is the place for you!

The pillows were a little to firm for my wife's liking. Other than that everything was great.

The location was incredible - perfectly tucked away from the main street but still a short sight away from amazing views of Loon Mountain. There was surplus of board games for a rainy day, and plenty of common area seating. Everything was so well thought out - from the ear plugs in the rooms if you are a light sleeper to the different choices of milk for your coffee in the morning. We also made use of the white noise machine! My boyfriend and I had such a relaxing stay.

The temperature of the building was a little too warm. We slept with the fan on high and still found ourselves shedding a blanket or two throughout the night. This is definitely helpful for a cozy winter trip, but was probably not as necessary for late April.

Quiet, comfortable with lovely back porch and communal seating area. Room was clean and wooden floors. I didn't want the AC on, and the owner was able to accommodate.

Sheets were washed in strong-smelling detergent. I have sensitive skin. This is surely not a problem for other people. Otherwise, the management was very helpful and willing to accommodate.

The room was very comfortable, modern and clean. The shared space was spacious and very well stocked with treats, coffee, chinaware, cutlery etc. There were plenty of fun games to encourage activities other than tv. We had the place to ourselves on this occassion so it was particularly quiet, which was great for us, but there would have been ample space for other groups to mingle or have their own space if they wanted it. Even though there were no staff members at the property, we had contact with the owners who seemed very friendly. I was confident they would have been there for anything we needed.

We only stayed one night so everything was good and we didn't find anything we didn't like.

Property was fantastic and has been the stand out in terms of accommodation during our holidays through New England. Every conceivable convenience had been catered for guests and the common area is just beautiful for sitting by the fire enjoying a wine while viewing the most exquisite backdrop. Quiet neighborhood off the Main Street but still close to the shops. Automatic check-in worked really well. You get a 4-digit code that gives you access to the front door and common areas, and gets you into your room. We stayed in the Hancock suite upstairs and loved the extra space and the practical layout. Bathroom, fridge with small ice box, Wi-Fi, all good. Nice landscape photos on canvas on the walls. The house is very charming but still uncluttered with a modern feel, which we appreciated a lot. Tea, coffee, cutlery, plates, ice, microwave are in the cozy dining/fireplace area. And the lodge will do the dishes! Nice garden with comfortable chairs and tables.

The two air conditioning units in the room were quite loud. We turned off the one in the bedroom and put the one in the living room on “dry” and 74 F. In that way it only switched on for a few seconds every few minutes, which was tolerable. In addition, it would be nice with a small sink in the dining room for offloading excess liquids, but that is a minor thing.
