The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast choices were an enhanced continental-style: hot waffles and scrambled eggs available as well as coffee and tea, fruit juices, cereals, oatmeal, bagels, bread for toast, yogurt, and apples. The staff were very friendly. We did not use the pool or hot tub but it was nice to have them available. Very good location - near restaurants and services in the Lincoln - Woodstock area and a very short distance to Franconia Notch hiking areas and the Kancamagus Highway. Our room was quiet despite the busy leaf-peeping traffic. Also nice to have a refrigerator available. The air conditioning also worked well. Nice views from the room and around the motel. The room was not inexpensive but it was very fair for the location and time of year.

We had a noisy, screechy fan in the bathroom but there was no way to switch it off without shutting off the light. We wish the shower flow could have been a bit more adjustable but that's a minor quibble.

Everything was great from the price to the room to the comfortable beds to the air conditioning to the staff members even the owner who works there is beyond friendly and he does care he will do anything he can to make sure your stay is 100% satisfied attractions are all within walking distance a great place for a family for kids two swimming pools indoor outdoor in arcade free breakfast you cannot beat it I have stayed at every hotel in Lincoln I will always go back to the Days inn

The only thing that could have been a little bit better they could have vacuumed the room just a little bit better

I remembered the DIY breakfast waffles from a trip many years ago. What a treat! However, the best thing about this hotel is its excellent location in the White Mountains. I drove to the Franconia Ridge trailhead car park in a few minutes, for a superb walk. There is an excellent pizza and pasta restaurant almost opposite (don't be put off by the fierce lady who runs it) and there are other restaurants just a short drive away.

The room smelt slightly musty on arrival. This cleared after a while, and wasn't really a problem, but some airing before I arrived would have improved it.

It’s a great place for families with indoor and outdoor pools a big arcade/game room and a great free breakfast every morning! The location is amazing we were a 5 minute drive from everything we wanted to go and see. We had a Mountain View superior king room with the jacuzzi tub and wow did that feel good to relax in. It felt like a great value considering all of the amenities this hotel had and my wife baby and I had a great stay.

I don’t think there’s anything I didn’t like about the property

1. Decent breakfast: waffles, apples, drinking water, hot water, bagels, toast. The server lady is so nice and tries to make sure we enjoy the stay (she even prepared waffles for some of the guests)! But everything is served in single-use plates/utensils. 2. There’s outdoor and indoor pool as well as jacuzzi. 3. Two entrances in the room and the same key for both. 4. Separate towels provided for swimming. 5. When I visited during the second week of September, less than quarter of rooms were filled and most guests were quiet/peaceful (there was only one loud family and the rest were hikers/retired individuals).

1 . All food is served in single use dish ware and utensils. 2. Water/hot water is available only during breakfast hours. 3. Swimming pools and jacuzzi are closed 9pm-9am.

I booked this motel for its location, and it worked out well. The rooms were clean and spacious; the beds were comfortable; the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good too, with a waffle station, scrambled eggs, bagels/bread; muffins; etc. I would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom was a little small, but with most motels, this is a given. I had no problems with this motel.

Great stay, very nice and extremely helpful staff. All needs taken care of and special little tips offered by woman at front desk without asking. She made sure our room was next to the pool when she found out we had kids with us. At breakfast the woman helping to maintain the buffet was very helpful with the kids with making waffles and showing them where stuff was.

Everything was as described. We got a nice little half cabin/hotel setup. Everything was clean and as described. Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff

The person at the check in was not clear that there is no assigned parking. Our unit had a numbered spot which was taken at the times we were at the cabin. So my impression was someone was parked in “my spot.” Check-out person clarified there is no assigned parking. Still had a spot not too far when needed so overall no complaint

Exactly what you'd expect from a Day's Inn in the middle of the country - no frills, sorta outdated, but comfortable, conveniently located and decent amenities. For the price, it's exactly what you should get. If you want a decent place to catch some sleep right in the middle of the White Mountains and Franconia Notch after a long day of hiking, look no further.

Things were a tad outdated but looks like they are using the off season to spruce things up like exterior and the pool area.

I had a Jacuzzi tub in our room. Didn't even know which was a huge added bonus!! The pool and hot tub area was absolutely beautiful! My husband and I had a blast playing in the arcade room! Everything was located so close! Just all around an amazing experience!
