We’ve always been coming here for years even before our kids were born. My kids are now eight and 10 we’re trying to come up at least once a year but this time we made it twice and under a month. We love the place and the people always good to us. The lady at the breakfast room is fantastic not only to us, but seeing her interact with the rest of the people that stay as well.

The cottage had like a warm, dry, moldy smell, but with opening the windows that cleared that very quickly. This is the the second time we’ve used the cottage, but other than that this really nothing negative about this place.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was a nice size TV. Great view of the mountains, the indoor/outdoor pool was very clean. My son loved the playground. Staff was lovely, Especially the lady with blond hair that was usually in the breakfast room she made my sons stay by joking with him every time she saw him! Over all great experience.

The toilet didn't flush great and the playground has a piece of wood with a hole in it that's not bolted down near the top of the slide. (We still used it, just didn't step on that piece.).

Everything was good enough. It’s a motel with a decent indoor pool, decent indoor hot tub and a decent outdoor pool. Breakfast is decent. The room was clean enough although it had an odd smell.

The game room which we went to on our last night is okay. Many of the games are broken to some degree. Air hockey worked but seemed low on air. California speed games are busted and the skee ball games all do not score correctly. I know that is only a fault of the vending company and not the hotel staff.

Spacious comfortable room overlooking the pool area. Quiet and peaceful, and great location for exploring the white mountain park. Pool was lovely temperature.

The breakfast was tailored for children, with cereal choice being more sugary. A few other options would be a great improvement. Main issue was that the fruit juice machine wasn't working, so only hot drinks available. Would have been good if they could have put out a jug of fruit juice whilst the machine was broken.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast choices were an enhanced continental-style: hot waffles and scrambled eggs available as well as coffee and tea, fruit juices, cereals, oatmeal, bagels, bread for toast, yogurt, and apples. The staff were very friendly. We did not use the pool or hot tub but it was nice to have them available. Very good location - near restaurants and services in the Lincoln - Woodstock area and a very short distance to Franconia Notch hiking areas and the Kancamagus Highway. Our room was quiet despite the busy leaf-peeping traffic. Also nice to have a refrigerator available. The air conditioning also worked well. Nice views from the room and around the motel. The room was not inexpensive but it was very fair for the location and time of year.

We had a noisy, screechy fan in the bathroom but there was no way to switch it off without shutting off the light. We wish the shower flow could have been a bit more adjustable but that's a minor quibble.

Everything was great from the price to the room to the comfortable beds to the air conditioning to the staff members even the owner who works there is beyond friendly and he does care he will do anything he can to make sure your stay is 100% satisfied attractions are all within walking distance a great place for a family for kids two swimming pools indoor outdoor in arcade free breakfast you cannot beat it I have stayed at every hotel in Lincoln I will always go back to the Days inn

The only thing that could have been a little bit better they could have vacuumed the room just a little bit better

The staff was friendly and helpful. As they were cleaning they immediately asked if I needed anything. The breakfast was nice with variety and fresh. The little cottages looked cute and interesting.

The set up is a bit odd because at first it was difficult to find the breakfast room. Perhaps more signs would help. Breakfast items ran out, such as yogurt and oatmeal. There were no bananas.

I remembered the DIY breakfast waffles from a trip many years ago. What a treat! However, the best thing about this hotel is its excellent location in the White Mountains. I drove to the Franconia Ridge trailhead car park in a few minutes, for a superb walk. There is an excellent pizza and pasta restaurant almost opposite (don't be put off by the fierce lady who runs it) and there are other restaurants just a short drive away.

The room smelt slightly musty on arrival. This cleared after a while, and wasn't really a problem, but some airing before I arrived would have improved it.

It’s a great place for families with indoor and outdoor pools a big arcade/game room and a great free breakfast every morning! The location is amazing we were a 5 minute drive from everything we wanted to go and see. We had a Mountain View superior king room with the jacuzzi tub and wow did that feel good to relax in. It felt like a great value considering all of the amenities this hotel had and my wife baby and I had a great stay.

I don’t think there’s anything I didn’t like about the property

The hotel was a great value, very affordable with friendly staff, a fantastic location right near trails and town, and tons to do on site for kids. The large breakfast area was a nice touch, and while the breakfast itself was typical, it did the job.

The only downside is that the facility is a bit dated and could use some updates, but overall it was a comfortable and convenient stay.
