Nice resort overall. Reasonable value. Roomy room.

There was air in the water pipes. Whenever the commode was flushed it sounded like a ship fog horn was blaring for 3-10 seconds. It was bad in our room and must have been very annoying to the other rooms nearby. I reported this to the check-out clerk and suggested that maintenance do something before the next visitor. I would not have stayed there two nights if I didn't have commitments with friends nearby. The checkout clerk also spent too much time on the phone will current guests were trying to checkout.

View from thw room was amazing! Room was larger than i expected. Perfect size kitchen to make a great meal for my family. Loved the bathroom set up with 2 sets of sinks and doors (jack n jill style). Pool was large and not too cold. Hot tub was very large. Game room was affordable. Didn't use thw gym but very nice looking, clean and many options.

I didn't know extra pool towels were in the closet by the entrance of the hotel room, *got attitude from the women at the desk when asking for 2 more pool towels when we went swimming so the kids could have some, she did provide them but was not the nicest about explaining were they can be found.

Love the condo, location, outdoor hot tub is nice. Movie theater, Music by the pool. Close to Price Chopper-groceries and many restaurants. We were hiking nearby.

Love most everything. Movie choices during our stay weren’t great. Cookie sheets not great but brought foil. All other cooking essentials were clean. Overall great property. Would like it is the porch lights could go out. Too bright to see the gorgeous night sky. Gym is ok, has older equipment but most of what is needed.

We had a wonderful stay in a very quiet and comfortable loft, perfect for a family holiday. The outdoor heated pool was a highlight, and the billiards room added great fun for evenings together. The indoor pool was a bit cold for our taste, but still enjoyable. The location is excellent, with easy access to nature trails and nearby parks.

The location of the property is excellent. There is a great view of the mountains and the proximity to the Lincoln trailhead 5 minutes down the road works out great for us. The room was ok. We typically stay on an upper floor in the Jackmann lodge building however unfortunately we were on the first floor which isn't what we were expecting or requested. The room setup from first to fourth is the same however the hallway is indoor on the first floor and outdoor on the 3rd and 4th floor. The front desk manager attempted to accommodate us for an upper floor but there were no rooms available in that building. The gym, pool, sauna, and indoor and outdoor hot tubs are phenomenal. The property is well maintained. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Even though I requested an upper floor 3 months ahead of time we were not able to stay on an upper level in our requested building. Also when we arrived after 4, check-in time, we were told the wait would be a half hour for our room. This was very frustrating and only after voicing the frustration to staff did we receive a gift card for dining out. It made it less aggravating but didn't make up for the time we lost. There was no offer of late checkout even though it was almost an hour before we finally were able to get to our room.

Great space for two adults and four children. Well equipped. Very clean. Enjoyed the gas fireplace. Lots of lodging amenities fun for families - sundae bar, movies in movie theatre, pool, outdoor hot tub, arcade. And shuttle to Loon if skiing and can partake in other snow activities with equipment that can be rented at front desk. Sleds free!

The staff was super friendly and helpful! I mean, EVERY person that worked there when we were there looked happy and relaxed and it made the experience that much better. The room was great, very clean with plenty of towels for my family. The location is excellent. We did the ice castles as well and it was so convenient!

My one critique would be the temperature control in the room. In their defense, it was below 0 with the wind when we were there, but it seemed like it was either way too hot or way too cold. And the radiatior was LOUD in the bedroom.

I loved everything about this place. It had EVERYTHING I needed to cook for the family and rested easy after a long day sightseeing! We truly enjoyed the movie theater and full kitchen to save us some money on eating out and being able to meet our specific dietary needs! Housekeeping was amazing, front desk was so helpful and free movie DVD rental was perfect for our children! I would totally be going back again and again!

I didn't like that I had to leave!! If there was one thing that I didn't like, was the Internet was not the best but I understand, we're in the mountains! But, if relaxation and "unplugging" is your goal, then it won't be an issue .. like I said I had to pick one thing and it really wasn't that serious!

The amenities at this hotel were better than expected. We had twelve people in our group so we reserved two rooms. This was a last minute reservation and the hotel was able to accommodate our request. The rooms had kitchens and plenty of space for our group. The price was a great value for the space and amenities.

buildings seems a little older but you are near nature and the price is a right for this location.

very Clean friendly Staff The room I stayed in was very big I love the two bathroom / shower situation Full size fridge raider and stove was definitely a plus the view was amazing. Hot tub in the room definitely added some spice. outside hot tub was amazing. One more thing I would definitely say was a plus they had a big shelf with a lot of DVD movies for people to borrow at no cost both Blu-ray and non-Blu-ray movies definitely a plus. The staff at the front desk was very knowledgeable on places to go things to do restaurants to visit

next time I visit, I would definitely ask for a room closer to the pool, or in the same building as the pool. Ice machine in the hallway would’ve been nice I had the family up vacationing so they built an ice machine in the refrigerator was not producing ice fast enough for us. that being said, I definitely loved my stay there, and would definitely go again.
