This is a nice hotel, modern, clean, and safe. Our room had a king-sized bed, a big flat-screen TV with numerous channels, a coffee maker, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator. Plenty of towels and a hair dryer in the bathroom. The pool was very nice, and the exercise room had more equipment than you'd ever need. The best surprise was the included buffet breakfast: delicious eggs, sausage patties, home-fried Yukon Gold potatoes, juices, cereals, make-your-own-waffles with lots of different condiments . . plus bagels, toast, pastries, and more. The staff was polite and friendly. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room is modern and comfortable. Comfortable bed and pillows. Complimentary breakfast had lots of proteins. Grab and go coffee station in the lobby is great. We could check in early with no fuss. Easy drive to everything in Lincoln, Loon and North Woodstock. Don't even need to turn off the Kancamagus Highway if you're coming from Conway! Wifi worked OK.

Heater is loud when it turns on intermittently, but the building is so well-insulated that we could turn it off and the room stayed warm. Internal walls and doors let too much noise in which could be an issue in busy periods. The heavy bathroom sliding door is a bit fiddly and doubles as the closet door.

Right downtown, brand new hotel. Room was spacious, clean, and well thought out. Great shower, comfortable beds. Nice big TV with all the channels. Staff was amazing. We brought our dog, and although we felt the fee was a little high, we will definitely be happy to pay it again, because we had such a great stay. We are vegan and didn't find many options at breakfast but it looked like a very nice spread! Plenty of hot food options - a little beyond just a simple continental. The lobby had some nice hanging out areas and there were also some patio tables outside. Overall we had a perfect stay and look forward to coming back.

Kudos to the staff (David) who helped us still get a room when I had screwed up the date. Lovely, clean room with comfortable bed, nice tv, refrigerator, roomy shower, etc. Shampoo, conditioner and soaps all provided. The shampoo was fantastic! Decent breakfast with options like eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, bagels, and cereal. Very convenient location. Would definitely stay there again!

The location was great for what we had planned. The king room was a decent size with a comfortable bed. Everything was very clean. The walk in shower was very nice The tv was big with a lot of channels to choose from including NESN, which was important to us as Red Sox fans. The staff was accommodating when we asked for additional pillows. It was a good value.

There was an outside seating off the pool area in the rear parking lot that we wish was a little more comfortable and welcoming.

Room was comfortable. Plenty of room to put away things. Shower was great.

Breakfast: Not much variety. Eggs were fair. Little or no fruit. Room: Heating system had trouble maintaining a set temperature. Housekeeping service was poor. Window: Lock was broken and could not lock window. Some cold air leaked around the window creating a draft.

The breakfast was very sufficient.

I used to love the beds at Hampton Inns. This was a brand new facility but the beds are like boards. No softness to them at all. The pool was cold and couldn’t really get in it.

The hotel, our room and the staff were nice. The breakfast is quite modest, but this is from a European point of view - most probably, by American standards it is ok. The location is also nice - in the heart of the national park White Mountains. There are different nature trails and entertainment nearby. There is a laundry in the hotel (USD10 - full cycle; washing powder, washing and drying)

I didn't notice any disadvantages.

We enjoyed this hotel. The location was great, everything was clean and updated. Loved the option for coffee day or night, and the breakfast was great.

The shower was barely even warm when turned all the way up. Not sure if it was our room or the hotel itself. The staff didn’t seem surprised when I brought it up, but nothing was done about it.

It had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly even my 12 year old son noticed it. It was very close to the things we had planned right across the street from Alpine adventures. And a few miles from loon mountain attractions. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel was spotless and so was the pool. Breakfast had a good variety.

No complaints every thing was great!
