I don't think breakfast was offered. Self check in was nice. The only staff member I met was a little girl when I dropped my key in the box to check out, she was adorable and thanked me for staying with them (awww!). Location was great, I loved hearing the river from my bathroom window. Walking distance to shops/restaurants was also nice. The bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows and the bath tub was BEAUTIFUL.

My only complaint was that I wasn't allowed to smoke outside my room on the nice little bench provided. The smoking section was WAYYY on the opposite side of where I was. It was easier just to walk to the sidewalk and smoke there, but it would have been much nicer if I could have sat on the bench outside my room and admired the pemi river. I understand the reasons, but outside is outside!

We stayed on the street opposite of the main building. It is conveniently located a stones throw from a store with a Deli and a laundromat on the other side. My room had a sink in the restroom and one in the kitchenette area. the refrigerator was spacious and the room was clean. The pool was smelt like Chlorine but not to where it burns your nostrils… you know what I’m talking about! The pool was exceptionally clean, and the area is lined with material so your feet don’t burn.

I’ve stayed in many motels in the area. This one is on my top 3 list…. I can’t think of anything that I really didn’t like.

The room was clean. It was the perfect size. I was glad they had a mini fridge with an actual freezer. The pool was nice even though I didn't get to fully utilize it. It was the perfect location for my needs. I loved that it was within walking distance of many great restaurants and only a short drive to Franconia notch state park.

The check in process was a little confusing. I didn't realize it was fully contactless and that my check in stuff would be in an envelope by the office door, but after the initial confusion, my stay went perfectly.

not having someone available to take a call 24/7 unless it’s an emergency an actual key instead of a card internet wasn’t the greatest

Great location . Far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but can easily walk to shops and restaurants. Loved the pool area .

Bed was not comfortable . However, I do not do well with firm beds . TV did not work . I do believe they were working on that when we left .

Lovely location on the Pemigewasset, cute grounds, cute room, quiet and peaceful environment. Wayne’s Deli/Grocery across the street was pretty sweet too.

Bed was not super comfortable and was VERY creaky. Would have been nice to have a lamp in the room in addition to just the main light switch light. Shower drained very slowly.

It is right in town so it’s in walking distance to restaurants. It is less than a mile to the Ice Castles. The rooms were clean and comfortable and bigger than expected. Check in was easy too

The only thing was the bathroom was missing a curtain or shade. We put a towel up to block the view

We had a King room. It was very roomy. There was a small kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. The owners were very nice and friendly.

The bed was big, but it was not very comfortable. They were very clean with 4 big pillows.

nice and small, everything you truly need for a great price in comparison to the rest of the places that charge a lot.

it would be nice to have a hairdryer in the rooms. other then that I’ll stay here every time when I come up

Location was within walking distance to downtown, and close to attractions. Check-in process was very simple. The room was clean and everything was in working order. No issues with the amenities. Access to a cute little river behind the building was a nice bonus.
