The Kanc Lodge is like stepping back into the 1970s. An old school motel. If you want to latest amenities, then you probably want to go to someplace more modern, but for what it is, it's very, very good. Everything was clean, well maintained, and the desk attendant was very friendly. For the price, I was more than satisfied. I did not eat or drink at the Lodge bar and grill, but at at the Common Man right across the street. It was great.

I hate those pouch coffee makers, but at least it was Wolfgang Puck coffee, which wasn't too bad. Keurigs for the rooms would be great.

the couple (?) that run this facility were amazing & so kind! the indoor pool was so warm & the game room was fun too! the location was beautiful. the sheets smelled like fabric softener and bleach, you knew they were clean! entire room was clean and they were very good about the upkeep from snow. & also let me borrow their scraper when they saw me cleaning my car off with a boot (I forgot mine) 😭😂

only complaint would be that you do have to go outside to get to the indoor pool! otherwise this place was amazing!

We were pleasantly surprised by the Kancamagus Lodge, the rooms were cute, comfortable, and clean! We appreciated the quaint decor, it works well for the area. The family that runs the lodge are incredibly nice and helpful. We had an issue getting the washer to work for our laundry, and they got it fixed very quickly. The location is very close to the Kancamagus Highway (the photo I've attached is just a mile or two up the road from the lodge), and it's also central to town with many dining options nearby. We found it was a great value for what you get, even in the fall busy season.

The pool was incredibly cold, we spoke to them about it and it sounds like they're working on getting it fixed. There are no microwaves in the room, but luckily there is one in the lobby.

Staff was very helpful. Our rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. On site restaurant was convenient for dinner and had great food. Several other restaurants very close.

1st floor rooms in the West Lodge have one large step (just noting for those with mobility concerns). The facility is close to the road, which was busier than expected, but we didn't hear it in our room at night.

Easy to find and within walking distance to quite a few places.

A little too close to the main road which does lead to some traffic noise at nighttime. I didn’t realize my room would be on the second floor. My girl had her knee replaced and stairs are kind of tough for her. Next time I will ask for a ground floor room.

Close to skiing and restaurants. Clean room and comfy beds. Great restaurant across the street.

Room was a bit on the small size however after a day of skiing you just needed a place to lie down. They advertised breakfast at the hotel but was closed for renovations. No microwave in the room

hotel has a rustic mountain feeling and decor that matches its great location in the kankamangus highway nearby everything in the white mountains, mounth washington, flume george, hikings, sky resorts, omni hotel etc, staff in the front very nice, nice little restaurant not too expensive inside the hotel, surprisingly good indoor pool, nice porches to be outside

rooms could be a bit more modernized, some of the arcade games not working

Very pleased with our brief overnight stay before a hike in Franconia! Warm greeting at reception by Danielle who kindly offered us some tasty cider doughnuts. The room was clean and comfortable; we appreciated the mini-fridge and coffee machine. The fire pit and indoor pool looked nice, but we didn't have a chance to enjoy them this visit.

Prices were very reasonable for a motel on the Kancamagus highway. There was casual sports bar restaurant onsite. There are not many restaurants in Lincoln, and a lot of people looking for dinner so this was a nice option. Food was good.

The room didn't have a microwave oven. One was in the office that could be used. We typically don't use a microwave but wanted to heat something up. It would be nice to have a microwave in the rooms.

It was cute! Comfortable room. Clean. The pool was big, and nice and clean, there is dining on site and walkable distance to dining.

The shower temperature was a little tricky to figure out, but good pressure. Just don’t have anyone flush the toilet or brush their teeth while you’re showering lol. A little dated, but it fits the rustic charm of the place.
