I ride a motorcycle, they set up a wash station with clean rags to wash the bike, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The manager running the place is very nice, and makes sure everything was to my pleasing, very pleasant. The restaurant attached is open every day except Tuesday and Wednesday, a chef is preparing the food, and is excellent. This is my favorite place to stay when visiting the white mountains. They also have a large indoor pool, clean, warm water, very nice! Location of this place is perfect, walking distance to anything you may want.

The Kanc Lodge is like stepping back into the 1970s. An old school motel. If you want to latest amenities, then you probably want to go to someplace more modern, but for what it is, it's very, very good. Everything was clean, well maintained, and the desk attendant was very friendly. For the price, I was more than satisfied. I did not eat or drink at the Lodge bar and grill, but at at the Common Man right across the street. It was great.

I hate those pouch coffee makers, but at least it was Wolfgang Puck coffee, which wasn't too bad. Keurigs for the rooms would be great.

the couple (?) that run this facility were amazing & so kind! the indoor pool was so warm & the game room was fun too! the location was beautiful. the sheets smelled like fabric softener and bleach, you knew they were clean! entire room was clean and they were very good about the upkeep from snow. & also let me borrow their scraper when they saw me cleaning my car off with a boot (I forgot mine) 😭😂

only complaint would be that you do have to go outside to get to the indoor pool! otherwise this place was amazing!

Travelling with 10 people is not always easy. We were all glad we had rooms beside each other and the benches outside were perfect gathering spot to decide what to do for the day. Having the pool after a long day of hiking & adventures was great. Danielle was very kind & the 3 children with us thought of her as their new "friend". Plus she had a cat :}

Very conveniently located, as we were using Lincoln Woods as our starting point for a hike of Owl’s Head Mountain. The property was very clean, the beds were good and the TV worked, so those items all combined for a very comfortable stay. That being said, the decor, while in good shape, is getting a bit outdated and could use a refresh over time.

Everything! The room and bathroom were clean, our small.fridge wasn't working, and we received a working one within an hour of addressing it. The indoor pool was phenomenal, and my kids loved it! They had a place to do your laundry on site. On-site ice machines. And you can not beat the price!!!

We were pleasantly surprised by the Kancamagus Lodge, the rooms were cute, comfortable, and clean! We appreciated the quaint decor, it works well for the area. The family that runs the lodge are incredibly nice and helpful. We had an issue getting the washer to work for our laundry, and they got it fixed very quickly. The location is very close to the Kancamagus Highway (the photo I've attached is just a mile or two up the road from the lodge), and it's also central to town with many dining options nearby. We found it was a great value for what you get, even in the fall busy season.

The pool was incredibly cold, we spoke to them about it and it sounds like they're working on getting it fixed. There are no microwaves in the room, but luckily there is one in the lobby.

Staff was very helpful. Our rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. On site restaurant was convenient for dinner and had great food. Several other restaurants very close.

1st floor rooms in the West Lodge have one large step (just noting for those with mobility concerns). The facility is close to the road, which was busier than expected, but we didn't hear it in our room at night.

Love the pool. Beautiful views. Great location. So much in the area. Live music sometimes. Fun atmosphere.

Movie crew that wasn't even staying there taking our parking and eyeballing us the whole time.

The room was very clean. If we needed anything the front desk was more than happy to help. My child loved the pool.

One thing I didn’t like about the room is the door to our room. Every time I went to shut it, it seemed like I needed to slam it shut and I felt like the neighboring guests could hear that.
