The location was the best! Right on the boardwalk! Our Room was decent & clean beds were comfy. Loved that we could see the pool boardwalk and ocean from our room. Jersey roll breakfast as soon as we stepped on the boardwalk which was convenient. The water park is right across the street! This is the BEST location to stay down seaside! Im not sure why there were so many bad reviews ... We will definitely be back at this location next summer!! *very clean *comfortable *perfect location *beach passes *parking

The staff was great. Amazing location right on the boardwalk. The arcade was right there along with many food options. The beach was right there as well and wasn't as busy as staying in the middle of the boardwalk. Rooms were nice for a shore hotel. The beds are surprisingly comfortable and the shower was nice. Air conditioner was very cold which was nice. There is a place to get coffee and breakfast right on the other side of the pool which was very convenient. They have an ice machine which is awesome for filling your cooler before the beach.

No iron which was upsetting. Most clothes get wrinkled in luggage so it would have been nice to have. If you stay there and prefer less noise ask for a room away from the pool. Remember the hotel is right on the boardwalk so you will hear the rides. This wasn't a bad thing for me but some people may care.

The staff was amazing especially Maryanne. So helpful, kind and professional. Even seeing her interactions with other customers... she was very attentive and made sure her customers were happy. I will be back there for sure. I am picky normally, of course it's on the boardwalk... so I give it a 10, rooms may not be fancy but they are updated and clean, very clean! I have stayed at resorts that were not as clean as the Aztec. Bedding is clean, towels, and bathrooms!

No complaints at all!

Weather didn't cooperate but the room was great with a view of the Casino Pier. The hotel is right on the boardwalk so the location is optimal. The staff is outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony in our room provided a nice light show at night with the Ferris wheel, see photo. The hotel has a second floor balcony overlooking the boardwalk and beach, sse photo.

The hotel is showing some signs of age, the A/C unit in the room had a hard time keeping us cool.

The property was an excellent choice for our family of 3 and then had our friends check in that made us 9 total. Location was everything! While the hotel itself if not in new conditions, we had everything we needed. Refrigerator, microwave great showers ! The pool has some tables around making a great space for lunch. At check in Albert was very nice making some great recommendations the staff that clean the rooms are the sweetest people. We absolutely loved the Lobter Lounge that has a nice roof area with a great view and food as well. Make sure to ask for Chuck ! Best server there. Overall we had such a nice time we stayed for 5 days instead of 4. Will be coming back.

Towels could be a bit bigger

The property was right on the boardwalk and steps to the ocean. It was not not having to leave for anything . Water park a block away . It’s worth the money . The pool was also nice after a long hot day.

The only thing limited parking up close but a block away they did offer more parking . Also the elevator is not fast and it’s quicker to walk to stairs . Which is fine with us we would stay again .

Excellent location on the boardwalk! There is a bar and restaurant attached to the motel! The room did what it needed to do! There is a pool located in a courtyard type area (between the restaurant and motel). The parking garage under the motel is convenient if you can find a spot!

If the garage lot is full, there is an additional parking lot up the street. The elevator is not the most user friendly!

Great location, clean and staff is friendly

Not enough space for people on rooftop to sit and watch people on boardwalk now that the restaurant takes up most of that space. Maybe offer more seating alone the railing for more than two people who occupy the bench. Also, too many cigarette smokers up there smoking and no smoking not enforced.

I read comments routinely before booking this hotel, and everyone seemed to say the same, that “it is fine for a Shore motel.” I did not have high expectations. Upon arrival, I was met by the most lovely front desk staff and saw, for the first of many times, a couple who is the hotel’s cleaning crew hard at work in rooms and the hallway. Though the rooms are certainly not anything beautiful, we walked in to a sparkling clean floor and the smell of lemons. The bathroom was immaculate with brand new shower contraptions. The beds were made beautifully, everything was clean, and the proximity to all that we went down to Seaside for was simply perfect. There is an amazing restaurant made famous on the show Jersey Shore attached right to the hotel’s pool. The food is great and you cannot beat the convenience. The pool itself is pristinely clean and, though small, just perfect for relaxation. The famous Ferris wheel is visible right over the hotel’s roof, and at any moment, if the boardwalk is sought, it is literally steps away. We will definitely return to this hotel!

Didn't have breakfast !but had beach passes and the help was extremely friendly !there was clean towels everyday!The restraint next door had wonderful dinners .and I loved the fact that it was supper close to the beach

The elavator could have been a little bit faster but other wise It was a great beach getaway.
