The property was an excellent choice for our family of 3 and then had our friends check in that made us 9 total. Location was everything! While the hotel itself if not in new conditions, we had everything we needed. Refrigerator, microwave great showers ! The pool has some tables around making a great space for lunch. At check in Albert was very nice making some great recommendations the staff that clean the rooms are the sweetest people. We absolutely loved the Lobter Lounge that has a nice roof area with a great view and food as well. Make sure to ask for Chuck ! Best server there. Overall we had such a nice time we stayed for 5 days instead of 4. Will be coming back.

Towels could be a bit bigger

I read comments routinely before booking this hotel, and everyone seemed to say the same, that “it is fine for a Shore motel.” I did not have high expectations. Upon arrival, I was met by the most lovely front desk staff and saw, for the first of many times, a couple who is the hotel’s cleaning crew hard at work in rooms and the hallway. Though the rooms are certainly not anything beautiful, we walked in to a sparkling clean floor and the smell of lemons. The bathroom was immaculate with brand new shower contraptions. The beds were made beautifully, everything was clean, and the proximity to all that we went down to Seaside for was simply perfect. There is an amazing restaurant made famous on the show Jersey Shore attached right to the hotel’s pool. The food is great and you cannot beat the convenience. The pool itself is pristinely clean and, though small, just perfect for relaxation. The famous Ferris wheel is visible right over the hotel’s roof, and at any moment, if the boardwalk is sought, it is literally steps away. We will definitely return to this hotel!

It was so convenient, right on the boardwalk. I was honestly a bit skeptical to book bc the reviews were so mixed..I chose to just go for it… the Building is very dated as is most of the furniture but it is CLEAN which was my main concern. Upon check in the 1st room smelled of cigarettes (it’s a non-smoking place but people are really not respectful of that) we asked to be moved due to the smell and my kids having asthma; they were very quick to move us to a different room w a balcony at no extra charge. My kids also enjoyed the facilities and proximity to the boardwalk and everything it offers.. I would definitely stay again…

The lack of drawers to store clothes and no closet.. the room could really use some hooks to hang up towels and such.

We've been going to seaside for years but never stayed at this location we went down for Easter weekend and I'm glad we did it has a lobster house upstairs a steakhouse downstairs and a bar also it's right next door to the water park as well as it's directly on the boardwalk by the rides We have already booked our next trip

Location was spot on. Room had everything we needed and we loved the breezeway option. Parking was hassle free and appreciated. Check in and checkout were fast and smooth.

Someone apparently got sand in the ice machine so it was being cleaned out, meaning there was zero ice in the entire place. Had to be done so not knocking them for this. Another small issue, kids and I tried to rent some movies each night we were there and the guy at the front desk was clueless in helping so we just found some TV channels. Toilet was freshly repaired it looked like but leaked still. Not a major concern to us.

I love that the location was right on boardwalk and our room had a private balcony with view of ocean and Ferris wheel. The staff was wonderful, Fran at front desk was very nice and helpful with our needs. I would recommend this place very highly and we will be returning. Thank you for a wonderful stay and thank you Fran for letting us extend our stay.

The room was very clean, and the location of the hotel was great since it is on the boardwalk. The pool area was clean and was never crowded.

The pillows were very flat, and we only had two on each bed. I definitely did not ask for more pillows though, so this wasn't that bad. If anything it was the only negative part, and it was not really that bad at all.

The location was great! Staff was amazing. Very easy check in. All questions answered. Got to see room before we checked in. Located on boardwalk with built in bar on 1st floor. Easy free parking. Quiet even though it is on the boardwalk. Staff does not tolerate shenanigans like loud music or horseplay. Very nice for what it is. Nicer than most other hotels in Seaside Heights. No 5 star resort, but it does deliver the experience. Bathroom was clean with easy cleanup floors. Plenty of towels.

Very old and outdated. Very Jersey Shore.

The location was off the boardwalk, great place to party. Great bar and great food off the boardwalk and the beach was a couple steps away  great place to take the family. awesome water park right across the street. 

The door lock is a little hard to open,. Wasn’t hard to figure it out.

Close to boardwalk. Had a second floor seating area that overlooks boardwalk. Fun to sit at night and watch the action.

Our room was in far end with no chairs to really sit outside
