We're NOT beach goers, so the outside swimming pool was refreshing. The boardwalk is 2 blocks away. Casino Pier Breakwater Water park is a block away. Jimmy Buffett's Breakfast House is on the corner of Lincoln and Ocean, roughly 8 blocks away (EXCELLENT FOOD & SERVICE!). The motel was nice for the price. All rooms should have a long counter for stuff and the pool could've been a little cleaner.

There was no mat in the bathtub and no handle bars to hold onto. No premium channels on TV. Air conditioner controls were close to the ceiling, very hard to control! Not all rooms equipped with closets.

everything I have no complaints at all about this stay I’ve never had a better stay at a motel before every thing was perfect & I definitely will be coming back & I recommend it to anyone who enjoys peace & quiet & is trying to relax because that’s exactly what you get staying here & when you need help the man is happy to help & does it as soon as you ask & he’s very easy to talk to & always has a smile on his face!!! Hands down best stay & it’s right near the boardwalk couldn’t ask for anymore.

that we had to leave, it was the best stay I have ever had the staff is very sweet & very welcoming every time we needed something the man was happy to get it for us right then & there with a smile on his face.

Room 121 was super clean and fresh paint. Property well taken cared of...

The a.c in 121 was in the living room super small and bedroom was on other side.. a.c should be in the room if there's only 1 a.c is my opinion other than that this property was amazing 👏 🙌 😍

The hotel is three blocks away from the beach. The staff is nice.

Staff was more than happy to accommodate our every need. Proximity to beach and boardwalk are a plus. Everything is in walking distance. There is a nice pool as well.

The" OWNER" NOT MISS CAROL THE MANAGER ! NEEDS TO UPGRADE THE PLACE AND THE LINENS. miss carol and miss debbie are the workers. U get what you pay for. But if you are willing to BRING YOUR OWN LINEN'S GREAT HOMIE PLACE CAUSE OF THE 2 LADIES ! WILL BE BACK FOR THEM

I actually loved everything for the price and location it's the best..been going there for the last 5 years and will continue, lady at the front desk, is appsolutly great as well as the cleaning guy. Cleanest it's been...just no wifi. Everything else great.

The owner of the hotel is a nice family. I hope them all the best. Prey for them.
