My room was clean and the bed was comfy. The room also had a neutral smell (no smell or signs of mold). The location of the room (street side) was great! It was on the second floor and was a stand-alone room (no adjoining doors to next motel room), so it was very quiet. This is my second time staying here. It's definitely worth paying more money to stay here than a motel in the Heights.

There was a decent sized gap between the a/c and outside. Luckily, there were no bugs except a couple tiny ants, which is typical at any shore motel I've stayed at, and it didn't affect the temperature of the room.

The room was perfect for 2 adults and a child. The pool was great. It was a great place for families. Very close to the beach and boardwalk. The staff was wonderful and let us stay parked there and even use the pool and outdoor shower after we checked out and spent the day at the beach. You can get beach passes for a bank hold on your card funds returned after you return them. So essentially you get beach access for free.

Bathroom was small and not updated.

The room and grounds were immaculate! Direct TV in the room with plenty of channels. Complimentary coffee and bagels every morning.

The room can definitely use a new mattress. The mattress was so uncomfortable that we sleep on springs. Parking was also a problem. Some of the guests were allowed more than one parking spot. If you get there too late, you will end up looking for a parking spot on the street.

A solid, jersey shore, across the street from the beach, pool out front, classic motel. Good value, great location half-block from southern entry to seaside heights boardwalk but with peacefulness of seaside park begining in opposite direction.

Not dislike. Just a suggestion. Maybe unify the lighting in the rooms. Little brighter/more coordinated. Minor thing, but worth mentioning .

The hotel was in a great location and it was quiet. We loved having access to the room we were in upstairs from all around the building. We had a pool at the hotel and the hotel offered beach passes to the Seaside Park ocean beach also. We were within walking distance to the boardwalk and all of the things om the Seaside Boardwalk also. We were about 6 minutes driving from Island State Park. We could sea the bay and ocean when we walked outside our room upstairs.

The parking was tight. There were spaces for every room. It was somewhat difficult to maneuver cars. Most people were helpful. It’s tight but didn’t take away from the location or the motel. We would come back to this hotel.

I have multiple sclerosis and unfortunately I ended up getting a second floor room. it is not disability friendly and the stairs were difficult to manage. I was afraid that I would slip and fall down the stairs. Fortunately I had my husband with me. The room we had was smaller than expected, and it rained nonstop the whole time we were there. It would also help if the parking spaces were numbered, because it got busy on Saturday night and I had to park on the far side of the building instead of near our room. it not a bad place, it just isn’t meant for people like me.

There is no hairdryer and the towels are very small and old. The pool doesn't open until 10am which is a shame when you have small kids.

Being close to the beach & boardwalk. Enjoyed the pool, very clean and well maintained. The staff is very nice. This is a great getaway with grand kids.

NIce to have a room on first floor, but next time ask to be away from front parking lot. Room closer to the pool area.or For the grownups, Bagels & coffee is nice in the morning, Maybe doughnuts for kids at motel.

I liked my room, it was spacious, the beds were comfortable, TV was a good size for the room I had. Great access to the boardwalk, a good ocean view, and the pool was awesome (even though I didn't have time to go in because I was on the boards all day)! This is a way better Motel that I have stood at so far this year. I may even be back later this upcoming Summer! I rate this Motel a 4.5 out of 5 stars!

Unfortunately, I did not like much of the bathroom, it was too small for such a spacious room. It should be updated to match the room(s). Not enough towels, even though it was only 2 days, there was only 2 towels that's it. The floor in my room could have been cleaned a little better. Other than that, it's a great Motel to stay at for a couple of nights; so I really have nothing else negative to say about this Motel. BUT IT'S GREAT!!!

the location was fantastic! We could see the dunes & ocean across the street from inside our room! There was coffee, a toaster & bagels available in the morning in the lobby. There was a microwave & mini fridge in the room. A parking spot for the car was included for free. Free beach passes were included, however you had to leave a $70.00 deposit for each one (which was the cost of a seasonal beach pass).

The beds & room were good however ...the property was a bit tired & showing its age. However it also showed that repairs had been done. The room lacked a coffee maker & a freezer in the mini fridge. There was a microwave, but only plastic cups, so I couldn't make a cup of tea. The heated pool was cold.
