The 2 queen bed room was a great size. It had a couple of lounge chairs a desk/table and chairs, microwave, full size fridge, a big flatscreen tv, iron and ironing board. The sink was separate from the bathroom. The decor had a great vibe, and very tasteful. Check in/out was super easy and quick.

Small thing, if we had to pick something, and it’s more of our preference, but blackout blinds would be a good add.

This was a pleasant surprise. It was clean and comfortable. There was a nice refrigerator and a little kitchenette I wasn't expecting. Access to the key to the room was very convenient because we were checking in late. Dropping the key off after our visit was also very easy.

There were no utensils or cups. We wouldn't have minded providing our own had we been aware. A coffee maker would be a plus.. However, we were extremely happy with the amenities. The towels were the softest ever!!

The manager Jackie was so accommodating and helpful. She helped me out when I had to get to an event quickly and she even checking in on my crated dog while I was out for a while. The room was clean and very comfortable. It is equipped with a good sized refrigerator which was helpful for our drinks and leftovers.

The only thing I would change was the shades on the front window. It needed some room darkening shades but then might need a night light in the toilet room too.

The place was completely big, almost like a little apartment. It even had a fridge, a microwave, and a stove (I didn't bother checking to see if it worked). Also, it was the most spacious room I've ever been in. You could almost fit another bed and could fit four people in that room, and still be comfortable.

It's not really anything that I didn't like about it. I'm just not used to having a motel room that looks like an apartment.

Can’t say enough about this unique motel and the fabulous staff, especially Jackie. So clean so beautiful and so unbelievably decorated. What a great value for your buck I will definitely be back. It is very deceiving from the outside, but there has been a lot of thought and Care that has gone into every room. It is a rare find.

The entrance needs to be lit a lot better because it’s easy to miss the driveway.

The motel looks very basic from the outside, but once you stop inside, there are a lot of funky decorating aspects and there’s a full size refrigerator, which I really appreciated and did not expect. Jackie made my check in seamless, because I arrived after hours and she set it up so I could get the key in the lock box It was comfortable and clean and perfect for my stay. Jackie provided excellent customer service.

The room we stayed in was very clean and was decorated very nice. It had an apartment size refrigerator/freezer. We only stayed for one night, the room had everything we needed. Jackie was great, very nice and easy to talk to.

The only thing I would mention would be that the air conditioner was very loud and rattled while it was on. At times you could hear the people next-door to us through the walls when we turn the TV sound down.

The ease of check in and out. I came in late and was accommodated exceptionally and the check out was a simple key return.

The only thing I'd change was the shower pressure. It was a little to hard for my taste but overall pleasant.

I chose the place based on location, price and availability. The room was clean and had all the amenities we hoped for. It was a good stay and I'm satisfied.

The office smelled bad which made me apprehensive. The room was slightly musty upon entry but it was clean and comfortable; the odor cleared up when we left the door open to air it out a bit and ran the AC.

i’ve stayed twice this year so far and plan to keep coming back. my boyfriend and i go snowboarding and usually stay at the appalacian motel. after trying sussex again after 2 years, i absolutely love it! each room is slightly different but very well kept and homey. jackie is absolutely amazing! 10/10
