The facility is very well located for our visits to family. Room was available to us at 1:00 pm, for early check in, as we requested. Very clean, comfortable beds, good hot shower.

Our biggest complaint is that the breakfast service ends at 9 am, which is way too early. We never make it down on time. There is coffee service 24/7, but the coffee was Luke warm, and ran out before we each got a cup. The front desk person does fill it, when asked, but should keep a better eye on it. Lastly, there is no lotion offered in the room, which is a minus.

This was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Most of the staff was very good The breakfast was excellent!

The young lady at the desk early Saturday needs a bit more training. She told my husband and I the wrong time for breakfast. I had to wait several minutes for her to finish texting to answer my questions about check out.

I loved how friendly the staff was when I arrived—they made me feel so welcome and let me know they were there to assist with anything I needed. I also loved the room and the spaciousness; it was very comfortable. The location was great and easy to get to. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to my family members!

We loved that it included breakfast in the price and that there was a swimming pool area, which our kids loved.

Other then it being far from KFJ Airport, making Uba fees very expensive to get to the hotel and there not being an hourly bus service for those with no cars to have options. There is nothing else!

Well, the breakfast ended at 9 am and we did not getup and out in time. the coffee was very good but ran out . Front desk staff did offer us a muffin, we settled for an apple.

I say this every year, but breakfast should be extended to 10 am on the day after a holiday. We were there on thanksgiving. Other couples in our party also stayed, and it would have been nice to meet over breakfast.

As always, breakfast ends at 9 am which is too early. We like to sleep until after 9 am, so we have never even seen the breakfast. We did grab a hot cup of coffee, which was very good. The room was clean, comfy beds, nice hot shower, lots of towels. TV worked great.

Bathtub was very smooth, rounded and slippery. There was a towel mat and a grab bar. There is never any lotion or shower cap. A few more little grooming products would be nice. Also, not happy that breakfast ended so early. Couldn’t even grab a fruit or yogurt.

The people were great.

The beds were a little small, didn’t seem queen size. One other, minor thing is that there was no lotion in the room or face soap. I usually expect that and didn’t bring any. So just in case, if this is the new thing, remember to bring both those things.

The room was very convenient and comfortable, and the location was perfect. We much appreciated that the extended family (in town for a funeral) could gather in the conference room.

Although we were glad for the protein sources at breakfast, there was no hot coffee ready when it opened at 6:30 am, and we would have appreciated muffins or rolls along with the bagels and make-your-own waffles.

We did not takę part in breakfast. Though I though it could have been open to 10am instead of 9am. We needed to Pack up and had a busy Day prior, petting to breakfast by 9 was not a possibbility.

Longer breakfast hour, through 10am perhaps.
