Through Booking.com, I can have the option to choose breakfast to be included in my package deal when I purchased the room! When I woke up and went downstairs, I had expressed that my breakfast was included with my room, and all I got offered was coffee. There was no breakfast materials that I could choose from. I had no options other than fruit, coffee or a pastry. There was pictures around the hotel showing false advertisement about their breakfast how amazing it looks, and I walked away with coffee. I was really disappointed in the staff and how the breakfast was prepared. I would actually never come back because I’m paying for breakfast to be included for a reason.

Overall the facilities were what you'd expect at a Courtyard. I love the ability to get a morning espresso in the lobby shortly after I get moving. For a change from recent places, the drapes fully blocked parking lot lights from coming in.

The desk chair was very loose and needed repair. I couldn't safely use it. The trendy looking couch was just about useless. You really couldn't sit it in even with cushions and pillows behind. Whatever fashion maven specified these things didn't try to use them to relax for the evening.

Beds are very comfortable, nice lobby amenities such as Starbucks coffee and the bar.

My room was slightly dirty when I arrived, there was a big wet spot on one side of the bed that grossed me out.

I appreciated the courtesy and compassion of staff as my boyfriend became sick and they did not rush to get us out of room during our check out time.

Sofa table was old and silver trim was faded.

The fun and friendly staff, the room was very nice and the bistro was surprisingly great!

The hot tub was not working and the pool was ok.

Clean, good staff and provided a good list of restaurants in the area, as most folks have a tendency to go out for meals.

Room was cold at the evening and during all night. The heating didn't work.

Nice big and clean rooms. Our friends and us stayed in the spacious and neat looking lounge at the lobby floor until midnight chatting the night away...
