I love that Red Roof Inn cut their rice for me when booking.com prices were wrong. Booking.com customer service was rude to the front desk employee. Booking.com customer service did not fix the problem or give any relief. Also booking.com customer service did was send an email blaming Red Roof Inn for the prices that were wrong but I did the booking with booking.com which made no sense. I will never use booking.com again.

Everything was wonderful. I had requested a first floor room away from noise and they put me at the end of the hall on the first floor. i was able to park right outside the door to bring in my things. the reception staff person was wonderful. This particular Red Roof Inn seemed to be a grade or two up from most of the others where I have stayed, which have all be great but this one was exceptional.

I like Red Roof Inns because they have laminate floors and I am allergic to dust and I worry about my pet having an accident on carpet. This one was stylishly done with a combination of laminate and carpet so, for me, I would have preferred not to have the carpet. But it looked very nice and I did not have any problem with my allergies nor did my service dog have any issues, so it turned out just fine.

I have stayed there before and I always appreciate the quality of the hotel, combined with the good rates. I usually don't spend a lot of time in my room, but everything is always what I expect it to be. O this trip, I happened to leave my phone in my room, and the front desk person gladly let me back in to retrieve it.

This is not the hotel's fault at all, but the diner at the foot of the entry drive seems to have closed for good. I always liked going there to breakfast or a late snack, but travelers should not count on it being open.

The bed was very comfortable, and the main point of my stay was somewhere to get a good sleep between long drives, so that was the most important thing. Grab and go breakfast bag in the early morning when checking out was also nice. It was easy to get to the highway when leaving, with gas stations and fast food options nearby.

The staff was incredibly accommodating. Gerald at the front desk was so comforting in a very sad and scary time for me. He deserves a Shout out and Huge Thank you!!! Very kind staff and great location! I Thank all of you who were so kind during a very difficult family emergency!!! If I have to come back, you guys are the place!!!!

Very clean rooms. Clean grounds. Easy to get to. Great deck for sitting and viewing the lake.

Rooms NEED USB charge ports built into the table lamps....or something. When you turn on the lights to come into the room, the switch doesn't turn on a light. It's a bit aggravating to turn on the bathroom light, and the exhaust fan comes on with it.....LOUD ! NO way to turn off the noisy fan if you wanted to leave the bath light on. The parking area seems safe . ... but needs more lighting. It's dark out there.

High on a hill overlooking a glorious lake and sunrise, the motel accommodated us and our dog on a first floor room for easy dog walk access to its many grassy areas. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean.. There was a nice break room behind the lobby with tables and chairs; coffee, water, and juice provided 24/7. An indoor pool was just beyond that but closed for the season for some reason. The hotel did not serve breakfast; instead, it provided snack bags with a muffin, trail mix, and granola bar at the lobby the morning we were there. It was just 2 min drive to shopping and restaurants. Our pet was free and for every room being pet friendly, the rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean with no pet odor.

The motel would "shine" in its location with its vistas if the area directly below its hill showcased some cleaned up restaurants and improved facilities - things that I am sure are out of the hands of the motel. That said, the location initially appeared less inviting.

Great location. beautiful view. the indoor pool was a plus. The room refrigerator was an excellent size.

One of the beds was broken and had a spring sticking out. it was sunk in on one side like someone jumped on the bed. However I spoke to the staff on the way out and they said they would fix it. I hope they did. Room 202

The location was great there was a nice view from the parking lot. The staff was friendly, quick and efficient. The pool was open relatively late which I absolutely loved I could have stayed in there well into the night. The bed was very comfortable.

The shower pressure was off but that was about it.

Good location as I don’t drive so pretty close to what I needed and a short distance and easy to get a ride to visit the person I was there to see .
