Location to Lego Land is convenient. Surrounding properties for food are very convenient. The on-site cafe comes up short but it’s still an advantage.

The on site cafe could have provided better options for food and beverage. The staff was great but hampered by management not being proactive in making it possible for the single server to be prepared in the morning, not setup the night before! The morning is when the cafe is an asset over other properties and it’s not being utilized to provide a great dining option. Unfortunately the manager is not proactive. I chose this property because of the “restaurant” and it fell short of my expectations!!

Check in was easy and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and in good condition. I like the seat in the shower. Makeup wipes were genius(needs to be more though ) The 4th floor was quiet, which was great. I like that there was actual glasses in the room for drinks.

The elevator lights(buttons on outside) on 4th and 1st floor don’t work. There’s no appliances that you can plug into to charge your phone without a block. Bathroom mirror light could be brighter. Probably could use more than 2 large towels.

The beds were very comfortable the room was very spacious and the staff was very courteous and attentive. The decoration was nice. My wife and I enjoyed the stay.

The Bistro needs improvement as the food provided with the booking was little to none. I rather pay a bit more in the booking to have a bigger breakfast. The bar should be open longer hours.

The breakfast was included in the price of our room and it was made to order. The food was good and the portion size was generous even for the kids dishes. The room felt updated, was spacious, and clean.

the shampoo container in our room was empty, although the cleaning staff did fill it. We were only given 3 big towels for a room that was supposed to be for 5 people.

The staff were wonderful! The pool and fitness center was clean.

The shower door would not close . The door to the refrigerator was broken. The coffee maker in the room was not clean. This room was expensive due to it was a family wedding and on a weekend. I guess that is why I was a bit disappointed with the broken items in the room.

Breakfast was very good, but not free or included. Great choices. Rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Blackout curtains are real and work. Staff was efficient, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Comfortable lobby to gather with my family and friends on cozy sofas by the fireplace and a bar. Good restaurants within walking distance.

I can't think of anything to complain about; other than I wish I could've stayed longer. Breakfast could've been included, but then would it have been as good?

I did not stay for the breakfast as we had to get going early.

When i arrived for check in there was a line and the wait was about 20 minutes. Also there was a bar and what looked like a snack station that was not open in the afternoon, a guest should be able to get a drink and watch a football game at their hotel without going out.

The location was perfect For what I stayed for. I didn't have time to enjoy the surrounding,

The angle of the TV, to watch it in bed ,but I will love to go back and Stay longer time.

The property was clean and accessible. The high- light of our stay was the courtesy and friendliness of all the staff members, in particular Zoila at the breakfast cafe. She was so incredibly kind and hardworking, ensuring that every guest was attended to despite seemingly being the the only employee working. The food was great and the service, even better.

The pool was closed for several hours on Friday for maintenance. It was a simple inconvenience and we were allowed to use the pool at the Hampton in. Overall, it was not a problem.

The rooms were spacious and clean and perfect

I reserved two rooms and was hoping we would be side by side but we were on completely different floors
