We came to sleep Inn for the state soccer tournament. We had originally booked through booking.com however ended up speaking to the hotel manager and booking 50 rooms with a room block for the team and their families. This hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel manager Corina went above and beyond. She was genuine , personable, kind and congenial. She was knowledgeable about local eateries. We had an emergency with my son and needed our doctor to send something to a nearby pharmacy. She immediately came to the rescue with all the information that we needed. She even arranged for our group to have our own private space ( 60 people) to enjoy each others company each evening. I apologize that I did not catch everyone’s name but the young lady that worked in the morning was also fabulous and was also extremely helpful. Toya was the queen of the evening and helped keep everything running smoothly! She arranged for cots to be delivered and helped our guests with various requests. Corina helped arrange for our boys photos to be displayed on the TV during breakfast . Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed and was greatly appreciated by this extremely busy and exhausted soccer mom! Thank you all so much for helping to make this such an amazing and enjoyable weekend!!

Room was spotless. Beautiful room comfortable bed. Would have preferred large pillows instead of the small ones but not complaining. Breakfast was great, had anything you might want. Facilities were clean in and out.

Guy at check in was a pill. Unfriendly, no smile no greeting. Clearly didn’t want to be there. Only other very minor negative was the shower drain. Extremely slow. Everything else was awesome.

It was a really great stay! Clean room, comfortable, & quiet! Breakfast was pretty good as well the options were pretty decent. Also the front desk lady (should’ve got her name) was really helpful to me and every single question I had!

Only thing I didn’t like was their laundry room. Only 1 wash and dryer for the whole building. Also sucks that you have to pay to use them, but other than that no issues.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The young girl at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. The perimeter of the pool just needed a little more cleaning, but overall for the price, the rooms were clean and well kept.

Some of the guests were inconsiderate by being really loud late at night or playing music early in the morning.

The Breakfast was good. The room was clean. The Staff was friendly. I had a cake that I requested to put in the freezer. They took care it right away. And they retrieved it right away.

I didnt like the fact that the beds weren't made daily. And done on 3rd night or by request. I have always looked forward to coming back to room cleaned and beds made.

The breakfast was good. But the lady who was helping in breakfast was very rude. I didn't see her name but she is African American origin. I asked her for spoon but she didn't talk at all. I was saying excuse me to get the spoon when she put in the place but she was not moving. She did not like that I asked about the spoon. She need to improve to have the best experience.

location was very good. Rooms where fine. Breakfast was ok. We only had one night. Very convenient for one night. Pool was nice too.

Breakfast could be better, but we could probably say the same for most US hotel chains in the USA at this price range.

Staff were so wonderful! Everything was great and the room was fine but there were kids/teens in rooms across and next to ours and they were excited so loud celebrating until late but that was fine.

I thought I would get a room on the first floor given my accommodation needs but I was not a little tough to navigate. Also had to use my cell to call the front desk as room phone was not working

I liked the room. The shower was perfect for my daughter, who has disabilities. The fire was awesome. The beds were very comfortable.
