Clean, well-maintained, friendly staff. They let me change the dates without issue. Location is great near the highways and lots of restaurants and stores.

At check-in, was told coffee in lobby available 24 hours. But, not ready at 4:30 am in the morning. I had to get up early. Morning staff said would not be ready until 5 am. Need to fix miscommunication. I would have figured out something else for coffee in the morning and then only one cup of coffee in the room coffee maker. A little thing, but big for me.

The location of Laquinta is just perfect with a very short drive to either Middletown or Goshen, and variety of stores. Starbucks and grocery store Hannaford are within walking distance. Our room on the 4. floor was spotlessly clean, spacious, quiet, and with a nice view. We stayed for one night (Sunday to Monday) and there were only a few other guests in the hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the temperature in the room easy to regulate. Good lighting, enough hangers in the closet, all in all, a practical and comfortable room. Breakfast: a typical American breakfast with a lot of carbs, some vegetarian choice and one vegan alternative coconut milk (also oatmeal and cereals). Tasty mini omelets and some deli meat (didn`t taste). The TV remote control didn`t work, but was immediately replaced once we gave the message to the reception lady.

Coffee was very weak.

The doors to each room slam shut LOUD! And everyone can hear each BANG within 10 rooms in the surrounding area in the hall. Every door arm has an adjuster bar and could be adjusted to close the doors slower and quietly. So a few wedding parties coming back to the hotel my first night kept me up until 3am. That was awful. Let's see if management will look into the issue.

The location is on the same lot as KeyBank, Starbucks, Buffalo Wild Wing, and so close to other shops/ restaurants/ thruway. The rooms are comfortable and have air conditioning units you can get to whatever temperature you like.

I liked everything. This is my third time staying here. But a heads up if you are unaware - you need to request housekeeping when you need it.

The young woman at the front desk was very calm, kind and professional despite fire people coming in to check a malfunctioning CO monitor, and multiple people coming down to talk about alarms going off. It was a bit chaotic and she handled it with grace and professionalism. Our room and the property was very clean. Breakfast was delicious.

I had difficulty contacting the property to make a reservation via phone.

The biggest perk of this hotel was its location. Within a 5-minute radius is access to almost any store you can think of including restaurants. Not only the room but the hotel in its entirety was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in our price and that is very helpful when traveling with children. The coffee in the morning was delicious, although you make it yourself and I don't know what brand coffee they brew, it was really good. The pool was centrally located in the hotel and wasn't too cold, and the hot tub was hot and relaxing. Ice machines are conveniently located on the first and third floor, one on either end of the hotel.

The beds were uncomfortable and traveling with children, bring your own nightlight as the room lights are on timers. Being in a room at the end of the hall on the second floor, you can hear the stair doors closing at all hours of the night, including the ones right above and below us. The breakfast was not good quality, the eggs were rubbery. Not enough seating in the pool area as we had gone while two other families were too, and it felt crowded. The television channels were a little confusing to figure out, and it was randomly change after awhile.

The greeting and the genuine professional maneer was awesome. I received this warn and freindly greeting from ALL the staf i encountered. I had a shceduleing issue which handeld with ease given the reason for my traveli to Middletown.

There is nothing icould say to be better. The staff was great and very friendly. the Breakfast area was great as well. Teh food and staff made our stay so comfortable. I would recommedn this hotel to everyone.

Brand new hotel, spacious rooms great staff and location. I haven't stayed at a LaQuinta in a long time so I was nicely surprised. We had a dog with us and they were very accommodating.

Breakfast was not great - all "tan" (e.g. muffins, eggs, waffles etc) Small bowl of anemic looking oranges -- add some fruit!

We were so satisfied all around first i had my dog which i loved the pet friendly atmosphere. Loved the pool/hottub. And the breakfast bar was excellent. The staff were all friendly and kept the hotel clean and looking beautiful. Easy for us to get to and loved that my room was spacious and clean. Recommend to all
