We were blown away by the value for money. Our room, pumpkin patch, had extremely soft carpets and we loved the private bathroom. The towels were so soft and thick. The AC unit cooled down the room nicely. I’m not typically a fan of bed and breakfasts but this one was so great. The morning breakfast was incredible - and private/isolated if you want it to be. Overall, we loved our stay.

Nothing to think of

We enjoyed each breakfast and the size and cleanliness of the room. The location was close enough to the places we wanted to visit. Even though it is a bed and breakfast, Tin Brook doesn't feel like you are living in someone's house since it has private entrance and private bath.

No bed and pillow combo is as comfortable as my one at home.

Charming decor in this beautifully appointed room. Every detail was thought of in order to make the stay comfortable. Exceptionally clean room with thick plush towels. Hot clean shower and quality soap and shampoo. David, the owner was very kind and informative. Breakfast was delicious too!

Mattress was a little saggy, would consider replacing.

The innkeeper was most accommodating, even to the point of coming and letting us in when we accidently locked the key in the room. Breakfast choices were good and tasty. Room was immaculately clean. Provided good advice on restaurants. Seemed concerned for our comfort. We were comfortable and slept well.

B& B is on fairly busy state highway. On the somewhat expensive side for what was offered, but it seems that that particular weekend was overbooked in the whole region. Room was simply, but adequate.

The rooms were good size with nice big bathrooms. The mini fridge had a real freezer. We had access to a microwave in the hall. Bed was very comfortable with big fluffy pillows. It was a very pretty room. Breakfast was very good.

The internet wasn’t great.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was really nice and clean. The host David was extremely accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was homemade and really nice. Best value in the area, highly recommend!

Absolutely delightful host, David - friendly, helpful, fun... Breakfast was served in a gift store - bizarre, but something you will remember with a smile...

We came to Catskills for hiking, and the closest park (Minewaska National Park) was closed due to forest fires. And the next good place for hiking was over an hour drive away! The bed's comfort was so-so ( mm... yes, I've slept on worse beds) - but - the pillows! Who on earth came up with the idea to make bed pillows LIKE THAT? They should be used in high security prisons for punishment...

No screens on back windows. We prefer fresh air to AC, but we had to risk bugs and inviting rhr peacocks from the roof into the room.

Lovely bed & break, very clean and comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast and well decorated with Halloween decorations. Lovely shop attached to the bed & breakfast! Staff very welcoming.

The only thing I could says was the bathroom was separate from the bedroom but it was still private.

I liked the man who owned the B&B… he was genuine and made us feel at home. I also liked the little gift shop there…this isn’t a fancy place - just one that makes you feel comfortable and welcomed.
