Breakfast was tray of scrambled eggs, tray of sausage bread toaster coffee tea I asked for some juice to take my am pills and I got a small can of apple juice Wi-Fi worked well Didn’t hear highway noise

Bed was comfortable.AC worked well.There was a refrigerator and Microwave oven.

I couldn’t get the TV cable system to turn on so I had to call the front desk.They did immediately arrive at my room and figured out how to get the TV to work right

Staff were friendly & there was actually a cooked, tasty, HOT breakfast which is sorely lacking in the Super 8 motel in Newburgh. The bed was a bit on the soft side but comfortable nonetheless & it was peaceful & quiet.

Furniture & carpets could do with a lil' updating but other than that it was fine.

This is my second time here and I will stay here again the front desk is always very nice and friendly.

The breakfast was great!! The only things which could possibly have been better were if they had do-it-yourself waffles instead of toaster waffles, and if they had provided more utensils than just spoons. The breakfast was totally delicious, anyway, including cool bread to make toast, bacon AND sausage, and scrambled eggs (beyond the usual cereal, fruit, juice, milk, and coffee, which were also there). The location was almost right off the highway, maybe .3 (.2?) mile straight from the exit, and we were delighted with the non-smoking rooms which really were non-smoking. Perhaps our favorite part was Sharon, though. She not only greeted us like she was really glad we had arrived, helped us into our room (we were inserting the card the wrong way!), and brought us extra towels, but she also went out of her way to make sure we got the calls from my brother. (She even came down to our room to tell us he was trying to get hold of us, although she was kind enough NOT to scold my mother for not having her phone on 24/7!) That was just the gracious sort of service she provided. Thank you for employing such lovely people!

If you had a pool, I think this would have been the absolute perfect place to stay, but that is minor, considering the lovely facility you DO have.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had lots of hot scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage! Convenient to Highway and best price in area.

Breakfast was ok no drinks though

The person serving the food was very nasty I asked for a drink she said I put out but people keep taking

The staff is professional. Checking in was easy and pleasant. Once in my room I noticed I had two bath mats, I preferred two bath towels. I mentioned it to the front desk on my way out the next morning and there they were upon my return. I was very pleased. The person who cleaned my room did a great job. I had a brides maid white rose bouquet from a wedding the day before. A petal had fallen behind the night stand.. When I came in I looked to see if it was there, it wasn't,. I smiled. I left a small tip and the flowers for her but found out whomever cleaned my room that day was not the same person cleaning on the day I checked out. Maybe someone can tell hwr I was well pleased.

The chairs are dirty and have stains. I refused to sit on them. The light switch didnt work but I was too tired to go downstairs and change rooms. I dis not want to jump out of the frying pan and into the fire so to speak. The entire establishment needs to updated. I stayed at Super 8 when I was a teenager and they were better then. With the Wyndham name they should NOT look they way they do.
