Nice facilities, nice staff, comfortable rooms and good breakfast. The only thing I would say they need to do better is housekeeping. We stayed there for 3 nights and they never made the bed. Only changed towels once. Also will be good to have water bottles in the room

We stayed for a wedding and the hotel was 5 min away from the venue, so the location was perfect! We were up on the fourth floor, the room was a nice size and it was quiet.
I felt rushed to check out the next day, we had housekeeping knocking on the door before our check out time.

The staff and service are amazing we were supposed to check out and decided to stay extra days we are currently still there ,they were extremely accommodating, the breakfast is great ,the rooms are spotless ,everyone was great,this is our 3rd time here and the only hotel we come to when we stay in middletown, highly recommend

The bed is comfortable. Love the coffee. The staff was nice. Especially the lady that work nights. I didn’t get her name but she was African American. I locked myself out my room and she came and help me in.
The breakfast wasn’t too great .

Room was big and clean . I like that it had an iron and hair dryer for my wife to use. The breakfast was good . Had a nice time
if the staff would wait until 10 am before ptting some of the food away

Booked this hotel online. Showed up had to pay a second time because the woman at the front desk said my reservation number didn’t match. The problem was the booking.com address was different than the actual address. Wrong town name. Right hotel. However now I have to go through the process of a refund because it’s a nice hotel but not $300 a night nice.

The check in process was easy and the drive to Legoland was quick!

Pool is a bit too warm, maybe needs to be partially emptied more frequently.

Pool was clean and refreshing. Our room was also very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast wasn't that good. The eggs went quickly and pancake batter - I asked if they could replenish and they never did. This was at 9:00 - so there was still any hour to go. Also, you should have more literature about LegoLand which is a huge attraction for the area. That's why we were there.
