The decor was amazing! Wonderful Staff and clean rooms. We absolutely loved it all, from the first floor to our room.

Its a bit pricey.. The parking cost is high especially if your staying at the hotel.. We thought the cost would be included.

We liked the theming, large rooms, easy access to the park, staff. The disco elevators were fun. Bricks dinner was decent.

We were told if we wanted to leave the property during our stay, we'd have to pay $35 each time we passed the gates because we booked through a third party and they couldn't charge us the overnight parking fee, $35. Meanwhile, at the end of the stay, we did get charged parking so we were basically held hostage unless we wanted to pay extra to leave at leisure. Apparently, if you book through Legoland.com, you are allowed to leave at leisure. We paid over $500 for a room, we should not be held hostage because we booked elsewhere and then lied to that they wouldn't be able to charge parking, when the invoice clearly stated they charged for overnight parking.

The breakfast was good for adults and children who like cereal. Our grandson likes pancakes which should be an option included but instead was an additional pay option.

It was a little confusing as how to check in and out. Since most hotels automatically provide fresh towels, empty the trash and replenish coffee pods, etc., we had to figure out how to get these items from staff in our hallway that did not speak English. If the sticker on the mirror in the bathroom had said that the housekeeping services MUST be texted as a request it would be easier for all to quickly initiate that process.

Resort is steps from legoland and easy to park and access. The breakfast that is included is plentiful - sausage, eggs, bacon, cereal, milk/juice/coffee, toast. Staff was SO kind and very understanding of 2 of my 3 kids food allergies. The chef at the restaurant came out himself and went over our options. He even offered to cook up off menu items. They take allergies pretty seriously. Rooms were very clean and perfect for a family of 3 young kids. Loved the fun treasure hunt and gifts for the kids in the rooms along with juice/water. Beds were very comfortable. We were there during a heat wave and the AC was AMAZING!

Cleanliness of the main play area. Beware of the legos and castle area. Avoid the arcade unless you want to spend a ton of money for a piece of candy - you're better off buying your kid something from the shop! Alcohol is overpriced at the bar/restaurant - bring your own! Can't comment on the pool area because it closed due to inclement weather but wish it opened earlier in the morning so that families could go early morning before the park opened.

It was fun, adventurous for the entire family. The boys had a Birthday Blast

The food choices need improvement and the quality needs much work! The fact that the park has to closed at any sign of rain, that was disappointing. Both days it rained, the pool and park was shut down. That was tough on the children, we had to scamper and dodge legos on the floor while trying to grab a seat for the crowd in the lobby area. Also, very pricey for not much amenities other than the outdoor areas.

The hotel was perfect for a family. The staff had exceptional good humor and patience, and we were comfortable with the kids being a little messy as kids will be. We loved the Treasure hunt provided in the room, the legos that the kids could play with in the room and in the lobby, the castle, the play area, the good natured staff, the pool. Really everything you could ask for with children.

Not much.

We liked the rooms the decorations all around, and the staff. The place is great for a family vacation. We loved the pool, the whole experience was really cool, the complementary breakfast was really good and that made it a really great deal with the room.

The hotel Bricks restaurant dinner food was bad. Most of the food tasted like it came from a can and it was expensive. I would not mind paying if the food was really good.

Kids loved it great experience thank you. Especially the limited amount of people, lines on such a nice day. Thank you.

Loved the private master bedroom the cost was a little high even with upgrade to get a private master. Hearing kids crying below or above wasn't sure where sound was coming from in master bedroom wasn't exciting in the morning. Room was really nice though and kids enjoyed the treasure hunt with their own room area. Wording is tricky on booking rooms with it stating kids have their own room area thought we had our own room to start. All good kids had an awesome time.

Location is great. Keeping in mind that the resort is geared toward kids to enjoy legos-it's perfect. For an adult, the food is definitely lacking and the prices are very high. I wish there were some more daytime activities for kids when it's rainy. It would be great if the pajama dance party was held earlier in the night. They don't lack in bringing the magic. The kids loved their stay and that's really what matters!

The hotel was clean, but to keep up with the volume of kids, it needs to be vacuumed and cleaned more in shared spaces. The rooms were nice and decently clean, but not ideal. I loved the separate space for kids to sleep but would have liked a curtain of folding door to close off from the kids.
