Troy was an exceptional host and went out of his way to welcome us and to make us feel so comfortable. He actually called us before our arrival to tell us he might be away from his desk and on property and to contact him on his cell when we arrived. He made a wonderful breakfast that was included in the price of the Bed & Breakfast. He was always available and brought us extra pillow and a duraflame log as we requested. He was available 24/7 which was more that we expected. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was huge and the shower was hot. They supplied soaps and shampoo which was unexpected and a great perk. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back to stay again.

I would have liked hot water for tea at nighttime

Our breakfast was good. A little surprised there were no table settings at any of the tables when you went in for breakfast. The chef gave you your utensils when he brought your breakfast.

At the visitor in the room next to ours wasn’t snoring so loudly we could hear him through the walls. It was a little disturbing not the owners fault.

Enjoyed the rural location. Walked next door to Jones Farm and ate a delicious lunch. Our room and bed were comfortable and spacious. Troy was very nice and attentive. We were traveling with our 10 lb dog -- he was welcomed and the grounds were perfect for him to stretch his legs. Breakfast was fresh and cooked to order. Enjoyed our stay.

The cleanliness of the floors.

Interesting historic inn in the Hudson highlands. Very nicely preserved and maintained. Room was comfortable, quiet, clean, well appointed. Everything works properly (not always assured in these very old inns!). Breakfast excellent: custom cooked on the spot; nice airy dining room. Very close to Storm King Arts Center.

Location near Storm King Art Center. Good point of access to other attractions as well. Beautiful grounds. Very peaceful.

No complaints. I would note that there are no shops or restaurants in walking distance, but I knew that in advance.

Decor, staff vibe, breakfast!

Staff is grat, food delicious and cooked at the moment. The garden is peacefull and magic.

Troy was very sweet and helpful.

Location was lovely and the manager was very helpful. Breakfast was good.

In need of some remedial work as it was looking somewhat jaded. The basin in our bathroom would not drain away properly. One of the bath taps was leaking.

Large room, has character. Pleasant staff. Great cooked breakfast!

The place is shabby. Needs TLC. Shower curtain liner moldy and asked for replacement. Never done or replaced with another moldy one. Room not vacuumed.
