It’s fully renovated and the staff was so kind it’s a huge hotel the walk sucked lol but having that much space was amazing in the suite with 2 rooms !!0

The free WiFi should work better I feel like there shouldn’t be charged internet at a hotel especially for the number of people who have extended stays in the area or working from the location due to be military dislocate or more

Merg at the reception was wonderful - nothing was a problem, there were only solutions, with a smile and good cheer. Very convenient to the airport - within a 10-15 minute walk, and there's a shuttle too. Big rooms, great staff.

Getting food for delivery after 8PM is not so easy (solutions were found though). The rooms were originally close together, but due to an error one of the rooms was incorrect. Somewhere between making my booking on booking.com and the arrival, a room that was supposed to have two beds only had one bed.

Clean and nice

I did not get the room that I paid for and they had me at the desk for 45 min. I believe that they have my original room out to someone else because they said that name first then they scrambled to find another room for us.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. They had a shuttle that took us around the area (within 5 miles). They were all so helpful and pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was amazing. The food was tasty and hot, the area was well-prepared.

The breakfast was very nice and there were a lot of choices. We also found the suite to be very clean and spacious, and the front desk staff were all efficient and helpful.

The pillows on the bed could have been firmer, and the shower curtain was broken.

There were some crumbs on the carpet. A bit stingy with supplies.

Front desk check in staff was amazing! Super polite, helpful and energetic guy! Same in the morning! The lady was very helpful!

very clean. the full breakfast was superb. even tho I didn’t have time to use it the fact that hot tub indoor /pool was open was excellent t. i have missed that in nearly all other hotels since March 2020. full kitchen was also super nice. staff told me that corporate wants to renovate all the rooms. I felt the room was superb as is. no need to update/spend millions.

We were never told maid service was only every others day. Asked for clean hand towels and pillow cases and never got them

I was locked out of my room for two hours because the door battery died and no one was on site to fix it. No offer of an adjustment to my bill.. Noisy guests above.
