The staff were exceptional, very courteous, and went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. I've been to other hotels with names that carry a lot of weight and yet the Holiday inn was one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel.

Honestly there really wasn't anything that I did not like. Perhaps the only thing that I didn't like was the cost of the chips and sodas and whatnot as soon as you walk in next to the check-in desk Little pricey however I can understand and have no complaints really

The room was in the basement and too expensive for sleeping in the basement. I came from Canada for my daughter's graduation at Vassar College. The male receptionist gave me a room near the elevator in the basement. I went downstairs and looked at it. I didn't like it at all. I went back upstairs and talked to the female receptionist. I made it crystal clear that I won't be able to sleep in that room listening to loud people coming in-and-out elevator. She understood and gave me a similar room away from the elevator.

The location was good for our purposes. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were good, but we thought we needed to lay a towel down on the shower because the floor surface was somewhat slippery.

Breakfast was a confusing issue for us. We stayed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, and we thought a free breakfast was included, but we were told that we had to pay for us. Saturday morning we went elsewhere. Sunday I chose to eat at the hotel, but my wife decided not to try it. I still thought you had to pay for the meal, but a guest said it was included in our motel bill. Eventually, I did not have to shell out more money, but my wife didn't have the opportunity. We knew that no breakfast was available on Monday morning. The pool was not open due to renovations.

The hotel was clean, and the room and the bed were comfortable (king suite). We had our dog with us. We were visiting the nearby town Cold Spring, but I had difficulty finding a place closer to the town that would accept pets. I would recommend this place if you just need a place to spend the night, with not too many frills.

The breakfast was not great, but everything else was good.

This place has just been refurbished and probably remodeled. Everything is new and fresh!! No musty carpet odors, all new everything. The beds are super comfortable. The receptionist was so pleasant and helpful! The TV is set up to allow casting from your cell phone. I just can't say enough good things about this place. It doesn't look like much from the outside but just enter the building and you will be amazed!

The only thing I would complain about is that although I chose this place originally because it had a restaurant, when I arrived on Sunday evening (about 6:45pm) the restaurant was closed. I ordered food from Uber Eats.

Good location staff was very friendly

Was supposed to have a king bed, when we got to the room there were two queen beds , after we changed rooms we were relocated to the basement far away from the ice machine which was located on the main floor on the other side of the hotel. breakfast was just ok

check-in was easy. Staff were friendly, checkout was fast. everything was clean

Air conditioner was too big and noisy for the room. Not enough room on the side of the bed near bathroom wall. Needed another luggage stand. Food wasn't kept fresh. Eggs were dry.

the location was excellent especially when you only traveled by bus and have no car or transportation and the breakfast was awesome plenty of it was always available a little too high for me but trying to just afford living

well I guess I would have expected a coupon for off something being is this would be nice and I have to live here at the time now so any kind of discount off breakfast or dinner would be an amazing thing for your business I believe people would eat here more often spend more money

Fantastic staff in the cafe for breakfast! She did all! Wait tables, cook, bus tables, and smiled the whole time!! Staff at the front desk was extremely helpful, kind and friendly.

Lounge / Restaurant was not open on a Sunday night. Just drove 3 hours, I didn’t want to go out again to find dinner and a glass of wine.

Where our room was located. First floor, right behind reception desk. Easy for me to get you as I had my walker.

We were very surprised that there was not a complementary breakfast. Even if it was coffee, bagels, and rolls.
