Large rooms. Room had excellent place for luggage. Bed very comfortable. Nice shower. Property very well maintained. It looked like a new build. I was surprised to learn it was built 20 years ago! Beautiful banks of blooming flowers (Inpatients) out front which were well cared for.

Elevator needed to be re-booted when we were checking out delaying our departure by 25 mins. Our last morning was disappointing as we arrived 15 mins before closing up breakfast but there was no hot breakfast left: no omelette, no sausage links or turkey patties, no pancakes. The day before the breakfast was quite good!

Excellent breakfast, excellent room! Besides a run in the sheets upon check in and a measly light fixture in the bathroom, these rooms as well as the property were top notch !! The manager addressed the issues personally upon us calling guest services. The bed was very comfortable, room very clean great size bathroom besides the awkwardness of the door opening in with placement of toilet bowl proximity versus pushing out . The lights were perfect ! The showers were great !!!! Hallways s d facility were beautiful . Oh and front desk was more than kind about extending a half hour to hour checkout that was nice as well

The pool was out of commission due to renovation unfortunately couldn’t go enjoy however we will be back again !! Only reason they didn’t get a 10 ! Thank you for such a pleasurable experience here.

Everybody was so nice and helpful there. Anytime I had a question it was answered with a smile. We were only there one night. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was very clean. I love that they had usb chargers everywhere in the room. Never had a room like that before and I loved it. Highly recommend. Even breakfast is good

Nothing. It was a very relaxing weekend

The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. I loved the coffee machine available that made the coffee exactly how I wanted it and so fresh!

The continental breakfast could have had a bit more variety on a day to day basis. The hot tub unfortunately was only warm, which was disappointing.

It was very nice and close to Beacon for half the price. We also explored around Fishkill. The town has a rich history dating to the Revolutionary War. We didn’t drive so we relied on Uber and public transportation. Loved the room, very spacious. Breakfast was good. Even the indoor pool was nice. Staff was very friendly. There was a gas station/ convenience store next door.

I have nothing against the hotel.

I HAVE TO BE HONEST, I DIDN'T EXPECT MUCH, BUT I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED ! THE BUILDING IS CLEAN,, MEANING THE BUILDING ! THE HALLS, THE STAIRS THE GYM, THE POOL AND THE DINNING AREA ! AND THE ROOMS WERE COMFORTABLE AND ALSO VERY CLEAN ! THERE WASN'T ANY DUST ON ANYTHING, THE RUGS WERE CLEAN, THE BATHROOM WAS GREAT, THE BED CLAN AND COMFORTABLE ! AND THE STAFF AT CHECK IN AND JAISON DURING THE NEXT DAY AND CHECK-OUT, AWESOME ! VERY ACCOMODATING, PLEASANT, PERSONABLE DECENT PEOPLE ! EVEN THE CLEANING STAFF WAS GREAT ! I WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM STAYING HERE AGAIN !!

Breakfast was eh, but nice to have something to eat before heading out. The manager definitely seemed service oriented.

I had a reservation and added a day on later. Originally I did this thru Booking.com but added directly through IGH reservations and they confirmed noted we’d keep the same room. I called to confirm and confirmed again when I checked in but sure enough the key card was deactivated at the original check out, room door was left unlocked with our stuff in the room and I had to get it taken care of at the front desk anyway.

The cleanliness. Friendly and efficient staff. The location was perfect for my needs. Having a relative in Beacon that I visit frequently. This location makes me feel secure that I don’t have to drive over an hour back home to the Bronx

Room was spacious and clean. Very good continental breakfast.

The shower in our room was nice to look at but sprayed water all over the bathroom floor even after adjusting the angle of the shower head. Also, the proximity of our room to the road was very loud.

This hotel was just what we needed: a big, nice room with good views on the surrounding landscape, a comfortable bed and great shower. The breakfast was also nice and quick, much better than we would have expected. There is also a great Diner just next door. Check-in and check-out were super fast and staff very friendly.
