The breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff person who assisted with breakfast , Johnny,was wonderful.

It was very difficult to find the hotel getting off the highway as it was very camouflaged by a lot of other hotels and businesses. We were given an " accessible " room which was no different from a regular room. While we didn't ask for an accessible room, the shower in the bathtub could prove quite the opposite of an accessible shower. Apparently there are a few rooms with walk in showers which seem safer for all. I would recommend not calling these rooms, accessible.

Practical and convenient hotel. the location is not particularly interesting but the hotel is closed to entertainment venues, restaurants and malls so it id convenient. The room and furnishing were totally appropriate. Everything was clean and well kept. The entrance decor was nice and welcoming with a gorgeous the chandelier installation. The staff was appropriately nice and efficient.

Didn’t understand front desk. Asked if there was a business center. They said yes. Sent me down a hallway 5 times and no business center. Then I asked to print a document. Front desk printed it - grabbed papers without straightening them and put a staple through them in right upper corner. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

The front desk clerks were exceptionally inviting, they made a point to acknowledge you any time you passed the desk. They have a breakfast buffet and offer a menu. Clean hotel with diners and other restaurants close by.

Lacation is super convenient to 84, 9, and a cracker barrel and several other food options, and above all, near the Chapel of Sacred Mirrors. They're always staffed with friendly helpful folks, accommodate a late check out, and overall super clean and comfortable compared to similarly priced properties in the area.

the 24/7 snack/drinks available in the lobby, the outdoor garden sitting area, the nice staff, the welcome sign on the tv, comfortable beds, nice rooms, love the shampoos/lotions provided.

there was no vent in the bathroom

All the staff were very pleasant and professional.

It took 50 minutes, at night, to locate the hotel in a very small corporate area. The signage was non-existent. Very frustrating.

The staff was amazing!. Very helpful, nice, warm and very patients. The room is a little old but extremely clean.

Breakfast. The coffee is horrible, sorry! How it is not included and I have to pay it make me free to say that its so bud quality of coffee. The staff there was very nice. The bed was good but could be perfect an option of firm’s mattress because I was requested it but without answer.

Pool are had no lounge chairs and very few chairs and very few towels.

Clean, friendly staff, drinks at the bar were great, pool area was fun/family friendly, breakfast was good with additional options to buy more.
