The location of the hotel is excellent: close to the Metro North train station, restaurants, shops, and the hiking trails. Jimmy, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating and an excellent host. The room was clean, and it was nice to have AC because the room got hot during the day.

I'm not sure if the walls are thin or if my neighbor just had a loud voice, but I could hear every word he was saying up until he went to sleep. The bathroom vanity was very small so it was a bit of a balancing act when I had my makeup case on it while getting ready in the a.m. I didn't want to put it on top of the toilet or floor instead.

Great location, right on Main Street in Cold Spring. Nice, very clean room with comfy bed, dresser, and chair plus, a modern sparkling clean bathroom. Cute cafe on ground floor of hotel. Our group had the delicious coffee and breakfast before we left.

The AC was not fully adjustable, so we couldn’t cool off the room as much as we would have liked. We had a special situation, two friends sharing a room, so I requested a rollaway bed, which wasn’t that comfortable.

I was truly, pleasantly surprised about this delightful hotel and its wonderful owner. It is conveniently located by many cute shops, has a comfortable bed and nice bathroom, and the owner could not be nicer. He went above and beyond to make me feel cared for and attended to. I'd definitely stay again. It's right across from an amazing cafe and close to everything. A fantastic place to stay. You'll not regret staying here!

If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs as it's on the Main Street but not too noisy at night because it's a small town.

Jimmy and Frank were brilliant, so friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The room was small but had everything we needed, and the bed was comfy. Was lovely to have coffee and snacks available 24/7. We also highly recommend their food as its delicious. Great location and easy to get to from JFK. Thank you

Breakfast and lunch were delicious. Jimmy and Frank could not have been more accommodating. Gluten free option were available. (Try their GF banana loaf!) Everything was fresh and made to order. Room was very quiet, immaculate and simply furnished with everything we needed; a large comfortable bed, flat screen tv, and an amazing bathroom. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home.

Breakfast was good enough. The shower really good. The bathroom was very nice and clean. The water had great pressure The steam extraction system was good, the mirror didn't fog up. There were no leaks from the shower to the outside

The mattress could be better. It looked very used. A table for a laptop it could be helpful

Great location, right in the heart of the quaint downtown area. Walking distance to shops and cafes. Also has a yummy café down in the lobby area, great lunch sandwiches. The room was on the smaller side and spare but very clean and bed was very comfortable. No frills but great little bed & breakfast. Gentleman at the front desk/reception area was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The manager, Jimmy, was fantastic. He welcomed us when we parked the car and immediately gave us that welcome feeling. Because we were late, he prepared a beautiful shrimp mango salad for us. The room was clean and authentic. Great experience. Would recommend this place.

I liked the big bed and private bathroom. It's also close to the train station. Food was good. I was able to go out at night time and do my star gazing. Overall was a good hotel 👍

The stairs up to the room were creaky, but that's about it

A glorious location. The staff were brilliant and there's a great cafe as part of the property. We were given a fridge and great local tips. The room was a good size for two adults and two teens.

Sadly, the historic toilet didn't work. We put this down to the age of the property and were given access to the one in the hall instead (which was fine).
