Very well maintained and clean hotel. Smelled fresh, especially in the rooms. Modern yet comfortable style. Spacious rooms and lobby with fireplace. Lots of areas in the lobby to hang out. Our kids enjoyed the kids corner with books and coloring. Clean pool. Breakfast provided lots of options. Very friendly staff from check-in and throughout our stay, even at departure.

There’s nothing I didn’t like. I was under the impression that this hotel was pet-free, but in fact it is pet friendly. We liked seeing the beautiful dogs that came through. I would also mention that the tiles at the pool area are very slippery when wet. Probably not the best choice, especially with wet kids around, but we tried to walk slowly.

Very pleasant and accommodating staff

I bought a couple of small bottles of Dasani water from the little store in the lobby and had it charged to my bill. Only after I received the statement by email did I discover that I was charged over $11.00 for two bottles of water! I am a frequent guest (4x a year) and am more than a little put off at being literally soaked like this. I will have to keep that in mind when planning future stays in the area...

It was an enjoyable stay. Good breakfast especially the waffles. And if I could have taken the complete bed home with me, I would have. Exceptional mattress.

The hotel was so nice and clean always my priory. Staff was very helpful. Tara at the bar was great. Parking was free which was a plus. We played cards in the lobby an evening and it was perfect plenty of space. Location of the Hotel was great we where in the middle of Warwick Patterson and newburgh and Wallkill our main locations to see.

Could not sit by fire because it seemed to be where folks smoked.😬

Breakfast was pretty good though I wish it had extended til 10 or 10:30am (instead of ending at 9:30am). The room was VERY comfortable and well laid out - with a study area and living room sitting area that felt separate despite being in the same room. The bathroom and walk in closet were nice and big. The beds were comfy, and everything was very clean. The staff was very helpful and nice.

Wish the surroundings weren't so generic and mall parking lot-like (although this also meant there was a movie theatre 4 mins drive away and so we went and watched a movie!). Also the rooms weren't very sound proof. I could hear the guest above me walking around at some point, but even more disruptive was hearing noise from the hallways - doors opening and closing were quite audible!

Very large rooms with a proper place for luggage—we had plenty of it. Breakfast is good, standard American style. I liked the backdoor access to the parking—no need for unnecessary walks around the hotel. The hotel location is nice, and the best part is that it's near major highways to reach all around this area without the problem of hearing the traffic.

The gym, and the beds in the room were very comfortable.

The shower and the soaps were not great. Towels were not plush nor were there robes or slippers in the room. The pool was nice but there is a return line that pulls very hard with suction and my son's hand got stuck on it momentarily.

Breakfast was very good. Building was beautiful. Beds comfortable.

Receptionist replied to my questions but was not exceptionally helpful. No list or map of orientation to facilities: location of food, pool, coffee what else was there. No guide to restaurants in the area. Could not turn on floor lamp. Receptionist offered someone to come to room but my wife was asleep so I declined.

Nice staff, large rooms, even larger beds, a nice indoor swimming pool, great breakfast. This is a great place with everything you need for a short stay. There is no restaurant but you can buy some food items in a little shopette.

The hotel is located within a business area with several hotels and supermarkets. There are no restaurants or anything you could reach walking, so you need to use the car everytime you leave the premises.

The person at the front desk "Daniella". was very helpful and friendly. did her job well

I was disappointed in the breakfast. the scrambled eggs were overdone and cold. there were no potatoes and the meat selection was only pork sausage patties but at least they were warm.
