I love the size of the rooms. The breakfast was ok. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Also very helpful. I arrived at 2:30ish in the afternoon for the 3;00 check in and was allowed to check in early. My wife and I get a room every month on the first. We try to stay at a different hotel each time for the variety and experience of different types of amenities. We definitely think this is, so far, the best of the bunch. I can see myself staying here again.

Hampton, and many other "premium" hotels today, use industrial egg powder or frozen liquid to make "scrambled eggs". Who knows what they're really made of? If I could change one thing about today's hotels, I would rather have real eggs. My only complaint, and nobody will get 10/10 with fake eggs.

Checking in was so easy, and receiving messages asking if everything was okay or if we needed anything.

Sitting at breakfast on Saturday morning with my grandchildren. A few employees went behind the desk and next thing we heard was an F bomb. Then we were leaving our room to go to a wedding and the staff had the carts blocking and having quite a social discussion and we had to ask to please move. Thats why the drop in employee rate.

This hotel was a wonderful choice for our family of four. The welcome was very warm. They immediately texted me to make sure everything was to our liking. The room was clean and when we needed more towels they delivered them immediately. I used the 24 hour gym - and it was clean and orderly. Our kids used the pool - and found it to be clean and fun. Breakfast was generous and in a lovely bright room.

That area is not my favorite but, once you walk in it changes your perspective. There was a nice breakfast spread with lots of options to choose from. The room was spacious and clean with swan and rose shaped towels and tissue! The staff was very friendly.

I was unaware of the swimming class taking place in the pool area. Just wish I planned differently. It took up most of the pool but the wonderful staff tied off a section so we could also enjoy.

Hotel was clean and modern up to date. Staff very polite and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Shower had hot water. Alot to choose from for breakfast. Close to many areas to see.

Pool was rented out to an outside group. Unable to swim and use hot tub. Able to hear next room doors slamming when arriving and exiting room.

Secure entrances, nicely appointed room with no shortage of outlets for three female friends, lots of space for each of us to be getting ready each morning, good breakfast, exceedingly helpful staff who liked their jobs.

Next to another property that was somewhat rundown.

All of the staff were extremely nice and responsive. Damiriz (housekeeping) provided a very clean room with origami towels on bed which is a nice touch. Room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and constantly refilled.

Fitness room could have more weights, but did have good treadmill, elliptical and bikes

The breakfast was great and the room was big enough for a family of five. The swimming pool was great as well.

Our room was across from the pool and the hotel might want to put signs in the hallway to remind people to be quiet in the hallways. The pool area was not the problem. People were standing in the hallway having loud conversations. I think they were unaware of rooms by the pool.

Great breakfast. Super clean rooms and facilities. The entire hotel smelled so nice and everything was kept very tidy and stocked. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay again.
