bed very comfortable, loved having the bathroom sink outside the toilet shower area, big closet with lots of hangers, big L-shaped sofa. The customer service from the front desk and the food area was fantastic, they bent over backwards to provide excellent customer service.

The sofa was cream in color and on a dark wood base that had SHARP corners. Every time I approached the sofa I didn't see the dark wood base corner and I left with scabs on my shins because I was constantly hitting it. Otherwise no room complaints, our suite was great and very quiet. What I most DIDN'T like was the elevators are no where near the lobby, they are as far away as possible. (Not good for monitoring who is coming and going, plus long long long hallways to walk to and from the lobby. Also I booked this hotel 9 months in advance and could not get a first floor room.

Location, beds were very comfortable and the room was a great size. Bathrooms were also excellent

The bar was very poor and expensive. The staff in the bar were sullen and rude unlike the staff at reception who couldn’t be nicer.

It's a cute little hotel that feels cozy and calm. It's right by one of the bigger road leading to Poughkeepsie, but it's still very quiet. Close to the town center (5min by car) and close to shopping strip (1-2min by car). The staff was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Plenty of parking.

The AC in the room was a bit loud, other than that - all good.

Location great, lots of accommodations nearby. Very clean and quiet. Front desk staff friendly, ready to assist.

Lobby bar/coffee station not open when we expected. Had to drive off site for morning coffee. Continental breakfast would have been nice addition.

The location of the hotel is good.

Our thermostat needed a new battery. I went to the desk to let them know. I was told they would come the next day. We were there for 3 days, and they never came. The refrigerator in our room never got cold.

Convenient for the wedding. Room wasn’t ready for early check in as requested, but the r front desk attendant was able to move us to a room that was ready so we were able to shower and dress.

Hard to find the ice machine. When I did it wasn’t working and had to go up to the next floor

The hotel is in great shape (almost new). Lots of parking, clean rooms, very accessible (close to the highways / bridge). I like the fact that the TV had streaming services in addition to normal cable.

Although the hotel was easy to get to, it wasn't near anything in particular.

Lobby was very nice. Staff was great. Felt that we were well taken care of.

Price of breakfast. Went out to get breakfast as did others. No free coffee pot in the morning.

It was clean, modern, comfortable. There was security on guard and a 24 hour gym available.

The reservation stated breakfast was available for a fee of $10 per person, but at the hotel I was charged over $45 for two people to have coffee and eggs.

Nice quiet location. Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable night sleep. Staff were helpful and understood predicament re:booking

I was double funded for 1 night. The cost at time of booking was a lot lower than what was taken and then a second amount was taken.
