Breakfast was quite good. Varied menu - many options. Especially liked the white egg veggie omelette as an option. Room was comfortable and quiet. There were some nice amenities (e.g. free bottles of water - small Dove soap bars.) Liked the set up of the room with a space for a couch and table. Staff was welcoming and cordial. The location was good for us - just a few miles from the event.

The mattress was a bit hard and the pillows were too big. It would have been helpful to have a list of the TV channels.

It’s just generally where we like to stay in Poughkeepsie. Might try a little more reasonable Hotel next time.

Everything was fine, never did offer my old standby bacon @ breakfast on our 4 night stay, which is ok just mix it up more. And not real reasonably priced.

I liked the design of the room and the attention to detail. Loved the choice of Dove products and their convenient location. The breakfast choices were great and catered to many dietary preferences.

The only thing that could be different is the proximity of the toilet to the shower and that the shower door does not open on the faucet side so you have to get into the shower to turn water on which is very cold for the first minute.

Friendly Staff, Clean and safe location. Good breakfast. Was great for our 2 night stay. Will need a car, Uber, etc. to travel in the area unless you want to ride the bus that runs every hour. The area is pretty spread out and is really not walkable.

Amazingly clean place . Big shower . It was snowing that night and after the management meeting we had to drive back to Maryland. But because of the snow we decided to book a hotel room at this place and we were very very happy.

Everything was good n loved the shower but could upgrade to handheld showers, but the water pressure was awesome. Fabulous food.

Need to Upgrade shower heads. Also never received my $50 back for the hold n called no one complied.

the bed was comfortable and parking was convenient. located close enough to go back into Poughkeepsie for necessities versus having to drive down 9.

This is my second stay in 30 days both times my room key just stopped working! The first time was treated as a one off now it is bothersome as I do sometimes come in later and it’s annoying to be locked out of the building and room and them have to walk to reception to get it reset. Please get to the root of this problem.

Hotel is ideally situated for touring the area. The staff are really friendly and helpful Good breakfast with both hot and cold options. Rooms had fridge as well as coffee making facilities.

Easy to enter and exit from the highway. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and Dove products provided were wonderful.

Difficulty with the key cards operating easily. Multiple tries were needed.

I liked the room. I liked the area I liked everything about the hotel. Everything was so comfortable I forgot to take pictures. I'm sorry about that.

I can't think of anything I didn't like at the moment.
