I loved this hotel! The front desk personnel who checked us in was delightful -- friendly, warm and welcoming! Within minutes we had our keys and were relaxing in our big room, loaded with amenities -- the kitchen was well equipped, the living space was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The common areas were bright and inviting, including an outside seating area that beckoned every morning. The full breakfast was a nice treat! Everything we needed was at our fingertips -- a clock, outlets, lots of light, plush towels, lots of drawers, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, utensils... and more!

The rooms were clean and brightly decorated which makes a difference, spacious rooms and storage. The bathroom was clean. TV had netflix modern rooms with kitchen facilities, dish washer, microwave and hot water machine. housekeeping was every other day which was great. Staff were lovely and catered to needs. The gym and swimming area was clean and we used the washing machines on site. a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast was good - would have loved more options but it was still lovely. Shopping centre across the way which is good and shops walking distance.

The AC in the rooms can get cold would be good if you could turn the setting off but we were told that due to there being no windows its fresh air coming in every so often - tried adjusting fan to low when this happened.

Quiet room up on the second floor with ample space. Nice little kitchenette with a big fridge, microwave and dishwasher. A sign says you can ask for a portable cooktop. Comfortable mattress. Room also has a sofa bed if you are traveling with kiddos. This would be a reasonable place for anyone visiting the area for a few days. Lots of thick, clean towels in the bath. Overall, I recommend a stay here as the things we didn't like were not major.

There was a dried on blob of toothpaste in the sink when we arrived. View was of the air handlers on the roof. There was a pretty cold snap while we visited and a warmer quilt would have been appreciated. The quilt and extra blanket were quite thin and if you turn the heat up it gets too warm in the room and the heating unit fan is loud. Didn't have time for breakfast, but got a cup of meh coffee. Kind of a weird way in and out of the hotel to the road with no good signage by the road to indicate the business.

I didn't have time to try their breakfast; seemed like average hotel fare, though. Really nice little kitchenette in the room so if you were staying a while you could bring food and beverages. There is a coffee maker, but it takes the disc pods, not grounds. But, there is a coffee station in the breakfast area, so unless you want some late at night caffeine you likely don't need the coffee pot. Very quiet stay; I was in the back of the building and up on the 3rd floor overlooking some woods. Ample parking. And, very clean. I mean VERY clean. Not a spec of dirt to be found in the bathroom, which is always the first place I look in case I need to ask for another room. Lots of space in the room; I had the king bed and there was a double sofa bed in the large room also. Great for kids, or four people could easily stay if they were okay sharing a single bath.

Mattress was a bit soft. And really, that was about it. Nothing else at all.

The room is large with a comfy bed, sofa bed and little kitchenette. Very quiet stay and easy parking. Elevators were fast and the room is well lit with a large window. Only stayed over one night visiting family and it was during the week and lower occupancy. So, not sure how it is on the weekends or during busy seasons. Breakfast seating area was pleasant.

The breakfast was below average and is only until 9, so if you get there at 8:30 there isn't much left. Inedible egg and cheese sandwich on a soggy biscuit, rubbery omelette, uncut bagels, a few small muffins and waffles were very meh. Coffee was truly horrible; colored hot water. They did have honey for herb tea, which is a plus, but it didn't make up for the lack of choices and poor quality of the choices they had. If you are gluten free they had only plain yogurt and oatmeal. If you have to pay extra for the breakfast you may want to consider skipping this option and going to a nearby coffee spot. It isn't much extra effort to make good coffee and fresher hot offerings.

We loved staying there. Everything was new, clean, comfortable and the rooms were beautifully decorated and well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable. The front desk staff and housekeeping were very friendly and welcoming especially Dylan at the front desk who was super helpful in getting us settle in nicely. The location was ideal with supermarkets, restaurants and stores close by within walking distance from hotel to get everything needed for everyday living. Will definitely stay there again.

the bathroom was very clean, the room was very spcious, the bed was very comfortable. our kitchenette was very well equipped, the breakfast buffet had everything we needed. i loved the fresh apples they had all day as well as the fresh coffee

breakfast area was very cold, it seemed the AC was running even though it was quite fresh outside and not very warm inside the AC / heating had a constant noise, it did not really disturb though was a bit annyoing

Easy fixes: • Breakfast was fine; plastic cutlery was not. Had there been trays, we would have eaten in our room w real forks & knives. • Yogurt was too sweet & dispenser was inefficient. • AC cut off in the middle of the night & room became very hot, but then went back on in the early A.M.

The breakfast was fine. We wished it would be served a little later than 9am though. We wanted to sleep a little bit longer before heading out.

The entrance from the main road is hard to see and there is no alternate entrance. Approaching from the opposite side of the highway, we had to make a u-turn at a light, and missed the entrance the first time. The only thing we could do is loop around again several lights down and make the same u-turn again, being extra careful not to miss the entrance a second time.

Catherine at the check-in desk was very friendly and efficient, and helped us get settled in quickly. The room was comfortable and filled with everything we could possibly need. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. Ample amount of pillows on beds. Breakfast had some nice options, especially the mango water and the cheese omelet. My son loved the waffles.

A little noise from overhead room, but it didn't really bother me.
