Breakfast was very good! Lots of options. The woman who worked on the breakfast was very sweet and helpful. I wish I could remember her name! Special shout out to Vox and Grace. They went above and beyond and helped in May ways including getting extra linens/towels when needed, and giving information about good dining options. The outdoor pool was also very nice and relaxing. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely stay here again!

Only wished I had know ahead of time that the 2 floor suite was second floor access only. I just assumed that because it was a 2 level option, it had the entrance on the ground floor. I had someone handicapped traveling with me and I felt bad they had to take 2 flights of stairs to the room. So just know for anyone thinking of the 2 floor suite with the separate bedroom and 2 bathrooms, it is SUPER nice, but second floor/stair access only.

I stay at the best Western at least once a week for just about the past year if not, it was just cause I didn’t have the availability or just some pricing then I just have to stay maybe across the street last night though was the first time that there was a little bit of awkwardness I had lights coming through my window and my patio door and I was on the second floor and it was very bizarre. I’ve never had such a thing happen And there were somebody kept going up and down the steps. I’m not sure if his kids playing or what it is so I did call in today and I’m waiting to hear back.

Location was great! We were visiting Fishkill Bethel and Patterson Bethel and it wasn’t too far. We could travel to get necessities from nearby stores. Breakfast was great, there was a variety of fruit and hot proteins, juices and packaged goods. Parking was convenient. I really liked the walk to breakfast with the kids every morning, being able to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine as well as the pool.

I didn’t like the lack of lighting in the bathroom area. I couldn’t see well enough so I utilized the mirror in my car to put on my facial products and style my hair.

We enjoyed the kitchen and extra space in the suite type room. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Good counter space in the bathroom. Included breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. It was quiet even though in a busy area. Liked the small 4-plex buildings.

Unfortunately the pool was closed for the season even though the weather was beautiful.

This hotel combines the comfort of Airbnb and the luxury of hotel accommodation. The location of this hotel made it easier for us to travel through New York. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip to New York because we had a very good accommodation. Perfect location, staff were very friendly and the hotel had all the amenities for the day we decided to stay back and relax. Breakfast wasn’t too too bad. It’s just breakfast!!!😁. By the way we stayed in one of the multiple floor rooms.

There was no kettle in our room

Staff was very friendly. Booking was easy, and pricing good. Room was clean, and had more amenities than I expected. Bed was pretty comfortable. Was great for a last minute reservation, and we enjoyed our night there.

There were some crumbs and such in the room, nothing major, but I did notice that. The only other thing of note, was that there weren’t to many breakfast options for someone with a dairy allergy, more options or better labels would be nice.

Very clean and comfortable room. Very well stocked for self catering. Breakfast staff very pleasant and helpful, lovely ladies who were very helpful and informative.

Reception could hve been more helpful. Did not like having to ask for room to be cleaned and clean towels - was an 8 night stay!

The suite was clean and comfortable with a kitchenette, living space, and large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The hot breakfast included waffles, eggs, bacon, and tater tots. We were very happy with breakfast.

There is a $50 hold for security, which I didn't know about until we checked in. They said it would be returned within a few days. I would have liked to know about that before check-in.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Really embracing the meaning of hospitality which seems to be in short supply these days. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

Bit of a smell from the cleaning supplies when we arrived in our room, I'm sensitive to smells so we had to air it out a bit before getting comfortable. Would prefer more natural cleaning supplies but glad they are keeping things sanitary.

Dishwasher was out of order, most of the dishware/cutlery missing, flooring by toilet/shower had water underneath, blankets stained, overall a little rundown. A general comment on pullout couch mattresses: Why are they still basically springs wrapped in a sheet? Would the hotel managers sleep on those? Hardly. Do your guests a favor and get a foldable cold foam mattress!
