The staff here was very friendly and you could tell they did really care about the guests and keeping the property as clean and presentable as possible. There was a good mix of food in the daily free breakfast and my bed was pleasantly comfortable for a basic hotel (my room was really big too). Also have to give a shout out to the great diner (I-84 Diner) that is right next to the hotel, perfect for my dinner!

Its an older property and you can see the wear in the common areas, clean but very beat up in places. My room had an old mystery stain on the carpet so it felt unclean at first even though every surface and all the bedding was spotless. The walls are also very thin so I could hear everything in the adjoining rooms and hallway (very funny 5am conversation overheard when a mom was trying SO HARD to get her kids up and on the road again! Her patience gets 5 stars). In general the hotel felt overpriced for what it was (a room with a bed) but compared to other hotels in the area it was the most affordable that got good reviews so I guess the entire area is just overpriced.

The clerk who checked me in was absolutely delightful. Very enthusiastic, informative, and friendly with a big smile. I like the location. It is very convenient to I-84 and to a restaurant. I could walk to the restaurant and feel safe. I like the easy access to luggage carts to easily transport my luggage to my room, then to my car the next morning, I like being able to regulate the temperature of my room, making my stay very comfortable. I appreciated the microwave and the refrigerator.

The hotel is conveniently located to the highway and so easy access both for arrival and to get to our events while there. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room large and clean. Very quiet. When we reported that our TV did not work, the staff went out of their way to fix/replace it.

The air conditioner apparently does not work if the outside temperature is below 50 degrees. As it was below 50 degrees during our stay, the system, we were told, is supposed to then use the fan to bring in outside air to cool the room. We did not find this to be effective, either at lowering the room temperature or bringing in fresh air for our first night. and there is no way to open the window. After the first night, someone did come in while we were out, and the fan seemed to work better. If you like a cool room for sleeping, this may be an issue for you also.

Price/value ratio was exceptional. The room was a full size suite, comfortable mattress, and the bathroom was spacious. Huge parking lot. Great location, right off the Interstate and on NYS 52. Easy access to everywhere. And a couple hundred yards walk to an excellent diner . . . Which was good because

The breakfast was meager. But considering all the positives definitely NOT a deal breaker. I would gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone who asks

They have hired a bunch of Ace's with an exceptional cleaning degree I think, everything looked taken care of. I had a room on second floor without any outside window tumble air-vent option. Bathroom was great although the shower spray was eco small water flow, and a tab leaked a bit unto the sink area nothing to worry all was taken care of like the fresh pancake and wafel breakfast. Anyway its a peaceful quiet town, with a dinner option next to the Quality Inn.

It’s in a perfect location - not just in the sense that it’s close to the highway, but in that it’s perfectly located if you’re planning on touring the Hudson Valley/Dutchess County. The staff were all very nice. For being located next to a major highway, it was very quiet. The staff was quiet, the quests were quiet, and the room was quiet. The room was very comfortable. There was an easy-to-use thermostat that worked very well. The fridge is a nice size, which was great because I had some things from the Farmers Markets I visited, as well as my insulin and some beverages to keep cool. I had a King room - the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size with a good-sized tub. The breakfast was good - pancakes, coffee, pastry, hot chocolate, juice, etc. If you want something more substantial, there is a diner in the same lot. Overall, I was very happy with my stay - and the price could not be beat. I will definitely stay there again!!

This hotel is just off Rte 84 and perfect for a short stop on a road trip. All the basic amenities were there, from bathroom toiletries and towels to a mini fridge, coffeemaker, etc. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. I did not notice noises from other rooms or the hallway. Also good location for places to eat and other stores. A couple places were in walking distance from the hotel, and there was a pharmacy about a half mile drive away.

I could hear the sound of traffic from the highway, although it did not disturb my sleep; my room was at the end of the building closest to the highway. Anyone sensitive to sounds like that might want to ask for a room at the opposite end.

As usual, I had a great experience staying at Quality inn on August 21. I found the staff to be helpful and friendly.The person at the front has always been able to answer my questions about the facilities and the area. Very helpful. The bed and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. The only feature I do not like, find annoying, is the fan in the bathroom. It always has to come on with the light no matter the reason for the light. Some other places have two separate switches so that the fan does not always go on. Nice feature. Great parking. Great location, near highway, gas stations, and eating facilities. Convenient.

Staff was absolutely amazing! When we checked in the front desk woman gave our children muffins and helped us carry some of our things in. We were hanging out in the lobby with some family later that night, and she came and turned cartoons on for our kids! I wish I got her name she was awesome!

Breakfast could have had more options but everything else was so great we would definitely come back!

We had the pleasure of staying at this establishment both at the commencement and conclusion of our excursion. The accommodations were clean and generously sized, while the staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and willingness to assist. We shall certainly revisit this establishment when we are once again in the area. Many restaurants in area.
