Breakfast was fine with plenty of choices to suit my needs. The morning schedule coincided with my schedule of activities at West Point. Kitchen staff was present and ready to assist when I requested something,

This hotel was undergoing an upgrade and I understood the infrequent noises and work related dust and odors. The end result is big improvement in bathroom fixtures and cleanliness, No complaints here,

It met our needs.

The first room we checked into had a broken HVAC unit. We didn't realize that until after we had finished packing. I had to stand in a long line to get back to the only person at the front desk to help us change to a room that had a working unit. Once that room was located and confirmed to be operational, things were OK.

They had coffee all the time, a very nice lobby, clean, had keurig, fridge, and microwave. It was just off of base which is exactly what we wanted. Staff was nice.

The water barely got hot at all. The toiletries provided barely worked ie hand soap took 3-4 pumps to get enough soap to adequately wash your hands and the shampoo wasn’t working at all but it’s fine I bring my own.

The female working at the front desk, I think her name was Stella. She was very professional,friendly and made our arrival very welcoming. She went above and beyond to ensure that other customers received everything they requested in their rooms. She is a 5 star employee.

Everything was clean bfast was yummy and a big selection. Mirror in bathroom is incredibly bright but very useful fir makeup lovers etc!

That I wasn't told there was construction but it didn't affect our stay thankfully Also Doors are very loud to rooms they need to be oiled not sure if it's because they are new?

King size bed + sofa bed for a reasonable price, room for our family and breakfast included. I love the consistency of Holiday Inn Express- we know exactly what to expect all over the US and it works really well for us.

Dated bath: jetted tub makes for dated look and feel, Sink leaked in our bath, toilet didn’t clear fecal matter in one flush. Very expensive—a “multi-night stay” discount every night after the initial check-in night would be much appreciated….

Great stay and good location... close to many things and places and just a quick drive to West Point Academy. Clean rooms and good breakfast!! Friendly staff and helpful and they gave good suggestions for places to eat, etc.

Nothing- everything was great.

Dry clean and modern. Good shower and bed. Quiet location. Good breakfast.

We were visiting family across the River. Would have liked the hotel disassembled, moved, and rebuilt closer to Mohegan Lake.

The hotel is a bit old but it seems it is undergoing some renovation, so that may change soon. The staff were nice and helpful and I felt very welcome. The room I was staying in was nice, spacious and clean (a bit old though). The breakfast was good and tasty as well, not the widest selection, but it had everything that was needed and even hot cinnamon buns. There is a good size swimming pool and spacious parking as well.

In the Spa area, there is a sauna, which unfortunately did not work. The area around does not have too many entertainment opportunities. I did not manage to locate the fort or get to the river as all the surrounding small roads seem to be private.
