Hotel is just 5 minutes drive from the outlet. It has its own big parking. Transfer from and to the outlet is provided, but not during all day. Uber is an option, but if you stay in the outlet until the closing hour, getting a taxi may be tricky. I waited for around 45 minutes. Walking to outlet is not possible too because of the highway. Rooms are comfortable, bed is big, bathroom spacious. At first I was given a room that has shared door with another room. My neighbours were really noisy, so hotel provided me another room where it was really peaceful and quiet. Overall it was a good experience. Next time I will return but with a car at this time.

They offer free wifi, have nice sized rooms with gorgeous bathrooms (bonus is really nice shampoo and conditioner brands!), and they are nicely located around places to eat and gas stations. They are about a 20 minute drive or less from Legoland and about an hour away from NYC. We went to the Bronx Zoo and it was an easy drive. The food options are delicious and they have many breakfast options for adults/kids.

Nothing really. The hotel was great and the staff was nice.

The hotel is conveniently located, just off highway, minutes to shopping and Woodburry Commons outlet. It is only 5 mins drive to a train station. Train will get one to Penn Station (Madison Square Garden) in 1.5 hours. Despite its location it is quiet and in nice surroundings. There is ample parking. They offer shuttle to the outlet and the train station on request. The front-desk staff was very helpful and professional. The rooms and the hotel were clean.

Breakfast was fine for a day or two, but options were quite limited.

The hotel is a real gem . Situated close to bear mountain , little villages and woodberry common outlets. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast exceeded expectations. It has just enough variety to provide ample enjoyment for different tastes. The cooks were very attentive and made sure each selection was well stocked. The maintenance staff also are attentive and it adds to the charm that the hotel provides a bus service to pick u up off the bus and over to Woodbury commons should u need it. There is also plenty of supermarkets , shops and restaurants within east driving distance.

Unfortunately the bus driver was off on the day we were returning home so wasn’t available to drive us to bus stop, however hotel arranged a taxi for us. You do need to have a car or hire a car to be able to fully appreciate and enjoy the area and there is a location which provides same nearby.

A little expensive for the room - but the beds were comfy and the linens and towels were great.

Breakfast was a little disappointing - would have loved scrambled eggs but there were only Omelettes. One type of meat was offered, sausage, but I would have liked two options. We were given a handicapped accessible room (not requested or needed, but that’s what we were given). The shower head was too low to spray our heads without having to duck down. We are tall (5’8 to 6’) and it was a bit frustrating to not be able to stand upright in the shower stream.

The kind assistance provided by the front desk was awesome and we really appreciate the quick response from them in aiding to get us an airport transfer since our initial arrangements went busted on us.. thank you gentlemen.. you’re a saviour!!

Not able to provide us a late check out..

Everything was good at this simple hotel which exceeded our expectation in terms of the breakfast selection. Besides the waffle machine, they even had hot dishes like scrambled eggs, omelette, etc on rotating menu basis. And the hotel provides coffee & hot drinking water for tea at all times at the recep area which was much appreciated by guests.

I always try to leave good feedback for businesses to improve on (if they want to). One observation I made was how hotels after the pandemic tend to save costs on things like providing floppies which to me is so basic and such a necessity than it's penny wise pound foolish not to do so.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Close to shopping and grocery. .Plenty of parking.. Nice indoor pool and hot tub with handicap lift if needed.

Television in the common area had content playing that was inappropriate for children. The remote controllers should not be left out for anyo.e to access.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The pool area was nice and towels were stocked. The staff was very friendly and I was blown away by their kindness. The lotions in the bathroom smell really great.

I wasn't crazy about the breakfast options and taste of the omelettes and potatoes. The bathroom door made a loud sound when opening it. I didn't like the taste of the all-day coffee.
