The room was very clean and well fitted. The gym and pool were a nice addition. The grounds and interior common areas were very well kept.

This is really minor so take it with a grain of salt. Our key stopped working and they were unable to fix the problem for a couple of hours. It happened to someone down the hall the next day. The power went out for hours one evening. I thought maybe an adjustment to the bill would be warranted. That had happened to us in other hotels and we received adjustments or free dinner and bottle of wine. Also we were double charged for our pet. Which I had explained over the phone before arrival we had one pet and already put that on our reservation which we paid full price in advance. On check out day, they had a problem actually checking us out in the system to give us a receipt. The room does not have a safe. We were there for 10 nights for reference.

Welcome staff was exceptionally friendly and joking. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. easy check-in/out.

Breakfast was over an hour late for guests to eat. The gentleman had some items out, but the eggs, sausage and potatoes took way to long for us to get them..........about an hour and 20 minutes late. He should have started preparation of these items much earlier! Most people don't have time to wait in the morning to eat.

New modern clean with a decent aesthetic. No hassles. Ok breakfast. Cool they have a common area microwave and sell a variety of frozen dinners for a late meal.24/7. Good place to stay when doing business.

1. Poor selection of TV content. At least open up the Full YouTube not just Hilton’s channel. Boring and useless. Allow me to login to Amazon or other services. The chair at the desk sits too low at its max height.

Breakfast is good--I don't eat much in the morning (oatmeal and coffee) but the staff always puts out a good variety of options. The staff is always super friendly, and welcoming. The beds are comfortable. On this stay, I was with a pet, and had a huge room. It was great and very safe to walk around outside to exercise the dog.

Free airport shuttle you can easily call from a free airport phone, though be aware the shuttle does not operate in the mornings. The reception was super friendly and helpful. For example, they gave me some taxi options that were great. Breakfast was tasty and varied. The room was clean and comfortable, nice quality soaps and supplemental free water (amongst other services). Beds were very comfortable.

Everything about this hotel. I used to only stay at Red Roof every time I traveled which is often and booked with Hampton this time and will not be booking any where else

Nothing really. If I had to say anything - the lady at check in looked like she wasn’t in a good mood. It was later and we were tired from traveling. Also the pillows were too fluffy lol

This location is our home when visiting our kids & grandkids. Staff is always very friendly & professional. Rooms are ample & clean. Breakfast is always great, just enough to start our day. We will keep coming back.

Leak under the sink. We did report it. An order was sent to maintenance right away to resolve issue.

Booked because you advertised having a shuttle bus to the airport but on arrival at Inn was told it wouldn't do so because of weather. However the driver did come to my aid & drive me there. Plus I requested for an early morning wake-up call which they failed to do

Hotel very clean, staff pleasant, breakfast very good. Room was lovely, parking adequate.

So disappointed pool was closed. This was a 40th anniversary trip, and one of the main things we wanted was a hotel with a pool. Really put a damper on things.
