Easily accessible to lots of great food and best of all about 25 minutes from Carlsbad Caverns.

Check out isn’t until 11am. Please make sure that housekeepers are not waking guests up or going into their rooms before they have checked out. Definitely did not want woke up at 8 am when check out isn’t until 11am. And could use some pest control I found three spiders in the room and a small flying bug

Quiet room was clean central location

Other then the property is a little dated our stay at the motel was uneventful they don't serve breakfast but not a big deal we found a great little breakfast place not far from motel called the blue house Cafe very good food

I really enjoyed the staff. When I first checked in, I had an issue with the room, and they switched my room promptly and even came up stairs to help me because I had three little ones with me. I am very grateful for them. I will definitely stay there again.

It was a reasonable price for the night. We were going to the caverns and it was a good location.

The only flaws were they didn't have breakfast like it was advertised but I guess because of Corona they had stopped serving breakfast. Which is understandable. The soda machine at hot sodas in it. Other than that it was a good hotel to stay for the night.

Finally a hotel room with a remodeled bathroom.

There was no breakfast available. Therefore we thought the price was a bit high.

The location was great and near Carlsbad Caverns and all of our other vacation activities.

No complaints.

Awesome staff, very friendly and helpful. Overall clean facilities. Easy of access to arrive at hotel from the freeway

At booking.com, they mentioned that the hotel offered breakfast and that it was included in the price. That is one of the main reasons we decided to stay in that hotel. My Mom has several medical conditions like diabetes and she needs to eat at the proper times. When we decided it was time for breakfast we were told they were not offering breakfast, what a dissapointment. Maybe it was booking.com that made the mistake to advertise the hotel as one that included breakfast.

Very firm bed, nice cool room, relatively quiet. It was the two best nights' sleep I had of this whole trip!

The walls were thin and the doors had big gaps under them, so I could hear the noise of people in nearby rooms and in the halls. Putting a towel under the door did help a bit.

Covid did away with breakfast, but extra coffee and tea bags were provided in the room. The room was immaculate. Cleanliness was exceptional. The microwave and fridge were spotless. The ice machine was still in service and that was very nice. It too was very clean. The beds were queen size and the mattresses were very comfortable and not the wore out lumpy saggy type. The no-smoking atmosphere and clean smell in the entire hotel were greatly appreciated.

Honestly, I don't have a single complaint. Our stay was just great in every way.
