I loves the size of the rooms ,beds,and blankets were actually were a good feel and comfort . Enjoyed no interruptions caught up on rest.

Well no one came to do a check to throw thrash our rooms smelled like food from where we ordered out and trash stayed in our room. We almost ran out of toilet paper and towels . Would have been nice to have the bed made up as well . And also had reserved here because there was a hot tub which I wanted to use but was out of order. I needed as my legs are in therapy at the moment ... But I enjoyed my stay it was so comfortable and I got much needed rest...

Breakfast was good, there was a varied selection and the quality and quantity was fine. Location was good with easy access to the city. The work center was good with the computers, printer and internet access which enabled me to take care of a couple of quick tasks. The room received daily service and it was absolutely spotless! The cable service was upgraded during my stay which was very nice. The staff communicated the upgrade with the guests so it was not a surprise. Internet services were free and had substantial bandwidth.

As a guest that stayed there nearly a week, some variety in the daily hot food choices would be nice. The work center placement was a bit awkward in the open area by the dining area and front desk resulting in no privacy. The elevator was excruciatingly slow and was limited to 2 guests per lift. The parking lot was excellent, however the multiple signs that guests were parking there at their own risk were alarming. My rental vehicle was damaged in the lot (front grill) with what seemed to be a deliberate act of vandalism.

The room was clean and spacious and breakfast was great.

Even though I live out of town, because I haven't changed my ID yet, they tried to charge me a "locals fee". My address says Portales on my ID but car plates say Texas, when buying the room online my address is in Texas, had my 4 year old with me. It was rude.

Everything was freshly cleaned and shined. I was very surprised at the spacious suites. It made it feel more of a relaxing stay. All the appliances and lights worked. So glad there was the proper number of towels etc. . Lately, we have had to ask for the minimum amount of essential supplies at other hotels. Great place to stay !

Had to do some last minute work that required their business center. Really appreciated that they had a working printer and a working scanner, that is not always the case at some hotels. I was in a bind and it really helped me out. Comfy bed, hot water, great parking, quiet, and good hot breakfast.

This hotel is very clean. From the carpet to the bedding, from bathroom to the hallway, I feel very clean. Elevator always smells a little bit sanitizer every time I stepped in. It’s a plus because covid and flu is not over yet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is quiet yet close to the center of the town, including all the shops, restaurants.

The hotel room is a little dark. After I turned on all six seven lights, the room is still quite dark. Bathroom tile is dark brown, add more darkness. Bathroom fan is a little too loud. Sink is outside bathroom. Maybe because it’s a handicapped room. I’m not used to it.

The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.

On most days they didn't have any eggs, so we ate at a restaurant. They also don't have that orange juice or any kind of juice.

The room was bigger than expected. The beds were spaced apart perfectly, and they were super comfortable. Big plus, I could see where my car was parked from the window in the room. The staff were very welcoming, and always had a smile when greeting me.

I didn't like that the bathroom sink was located in the room instead of the bathroom, but it didn't affect my stay or make me unhappy.

This hotel has been completely renovated so that it looks and feel new. The bonus, however, is that the rooms are much larger than rooms in comparable hotels, and are thus much more comfortable. Also, the free breakfast is excellent and, if you factor this into the price, the rates are extremely reasonable. I will return to this hotel.

Nothing disappointed me about this hotel, although Clovis, New Mexico is not a major tourist center. If you are traveling in this region, I can think of no better place to stay. If you're looking for major attractions, or entertainment, you might be disappointed.

the property was very clean, staff was friendly. the room we stayed in was a suit and it was very big as described and was very clean.

the toilet when flushed made an extremely loud noise which I know is not the hotels fault it’s just when you flush the floor feels like it’s moving it didn’t do that in the other room we previously stayed in.
