The room was spacious, all amenities worked and the bed was comfortable. The radiant heat was perfect for the cold weather. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast that comes with the rate of the room was very good and had a large portion of hashbrowns. Family run, everyone has a part even the youngest family member has a part.

The floors are loud. You can hear every step your neighbors make and the floors sound as if you are on wood foundation. The hotel could use better soundproofing. Neighboring rooms closing doors ring loudly.

The Guy at the Front Desk was super friendly and chatting! He explained the room & area to park perfectly. He even let us know continuously that if the room was not met up to our expectations, that he would send someone down immediately to go fix the issues. He really made us feel welcomed & important. Room was very big! Restroom was a little small, but overall very satisfied!

There were a few hairs in the blankets, but we just didnt use those & only the sheets. Carpet was a little dirty, just needed a good vaccum. Unfortunately the pool is not running/working & everyone who works there says its never going to be used. So I believe the only thing that should be changed on the description of the hotel, is the pool. False advertisement for sure, it was outside instead of inside & definitely not working.

I love family run inns!! And search them out when I travel. This ended up being an emergency stay due to weather, but fit my expectations of a motel. Friendly staff, restaurant attached.

Slightly dated, but meh. As long as it’s clean, has AC, comfortable, and quiet, what is there to complain about?

I was called and told the room I booked was not available at the online price because I had pets. I was charged 50% more! When I got there at 8:30 pm, there were only 2 other rooms occupied. In the morning there were 2 more rooms. So the room I requested wasn't available? $90 vs $134

Great water pressure. Didn't have a chance to take advantage of the breakfast.

Bathroom door jammed. Couldn't close it or you wouldn't be able to open it. Door jam needs to be shaved down. Pretty sure all the layers of paint ovwr the years is causing it to stick. If you're alone when you close it good luck getting it open.

Convenient booking

Key drop off location was hard to find and also made me feel anxious as I wasn't sure if I dropped it in the correct box. One other mention, I saw a small cockroach on the bathroom wall when I first woke up! Gross.

The staff here was super friendly. Facilities were a bit basic but clean and comfortable; a simple place and a really great value. The included breakfast was delicious. The room was quiet and since it's a single level motel you don't get noise from people above you.

It was clean, comfortable, quiet. It was very convenient to have the adjoining restaurant. The parking was easy and close to our room. The hot sit down breakfast was substantial and good.

Check in was a little slow but it was fine because the staff was very friendly.

Reasonable, large king size room, older motel but clean, good bed, new tuba d shower toilet , sink etc. had tv with cable, small frig, great wifi. We were very comfortable and oh yeah cold air coming from Dallas that was important. Parking by front door single story property so no hauling up and down stairs as seniors liked that. Nice Mexican restaurant on property .

Friendly and helpful staff. Facilities in very good shape, most everything looked new. Quiet rooms even with neighbors. The restaurant offered both good service and good food. Definitely would stay again.
