The owner/manager was exceedingly friendly and helpful. The entire property is being renovated. New paint, new flooring, and new tile in the bathroom. New microwave and a huge TV on the wall. The king size bed was very comfortable with an assortment of pillows and the entire place was spotless.

An electrical outlet in the bathroom would be nice. Although comfortable, it’s my opinion that all the renovation would be shown off to its maximum benefit through the services of a good decorator.

The bed was amazing. It had a fabulous television I had an issue figuring out how to work it and I'm not very tech savvy. I couldn't connect to the internet because the wifi password didn't work but it was not really that big of a deal.

My real disappointment was i was really looking forward to having a room with a bathtub. When I walked in and saw a shower I was so sad but it was what it was. All in all for the price it's a great little place to stay!

It was clean and the beds were very comfortable! We had 2 rooms and ours had a memory foam mattress and theirs was older but had a memory foam overlay. The rooms were spacious and contained a large flat screen, microwave, fridge, desk and room to walk around. There were updates that were not expected, especially in the bathrooms. It was a little hard to find, but was very quiet for the night. Little picnic area in the middle and grass to walk the dog.

There’s nothing really to not like- the room I stayed in (41) was very clean and the place has been updated but it’s definitely an older structure. Which is why is was a great value for the price

Price was great. Old hotel but they are renovating it. Very clean. Comfortable bed. New sheets, pillows and comforter. AC worked great. Huge TV with many channels. The owner was so sweet and helpful. We will definitely stay there again. She also directed us to a pizza place off Main street. Delicious.

Super friendly staff. They waited up for us. We were late because of bad weather. They were so accommodating. The room was pretty big. It was clean and the beds were super comfy. They had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. There was a mini fridge, and blow dryer It was what we needed.

I love the quaintness and retro feel here. Please don’t change the tiles in the bathrooms!! I also love the ground level entry and parking right in front of the 1-story. Great location, very peaceful and quiet. The improvements being made are great as well. I’ve been staying here since 2020, and love coming back every time.

water pressure wasn’t that great and it took a while for the water to get hot, but probably because of older pipes is my guess.

I've stayed here before and I really LOVE this place. It's the only room I can find with a Kitchen and easy access to Walmart. I get a little claustrophobic in most motel rooms and this place is the exception.

I wish we had access to the on-site Laundry... Alas, it's reserved for guests of the RV Park only.

It was very clean and lots of room. Remember the old saying about Don't judge a book by its cover. This little motel was a complete surprise. The price was very reasonable, but very comfortable and clean.

They forgot to have towels in the room.

The beds were comfy, the view was nice, the staff was very friendly, and the location was great

LOL. It's Colorado. My room smelled like it was hot-boxed just before we arrived ;) I opened the door and the window and let it all out ;)
