The location was great right off of the highway and easy to access. Check-in was fast and our room was easy to find. The hallways seem a little dirty from stuff on the walls but the room was excellently cleaned and everything felt fresh. The bathroom was great too and all of the soap was appreciated. The breakfast was great it was constantly being re-filled with tons of options to choose from. Definitely would stay again!

The price was palatable. The room was big enough for a family. There were plenty of options for breakfast. And the parking lot was well lit.

The pool deck needed repairs and the pool lighting was poor. I don't like to have to ask for more towels after arriving....The hotel is aware of the party size, they should have the room stocked for the number of people coming.

Great hot breakfast with hot cinnamon rolls, an automatic pancake maker, milk cartons. To go breakfast options were available too. Staff was kind and the room was updated and clean. All amenities were great for a business trip. Nice lighting, a good desk and chair to work in the hotel room. A comfy bed and good parking.

Room was clean, quiet, very spacious. Plenty of room. Bed comfortable, plenty of pillows. We did not partake of the breakfast so cannot comment on that. Check in clerk was very friendly and helpful.

Person in room next door had their tv up just a little too loud. I think they had a dog and were trying to keep it comforted.

This is a great hotel. We stayed at this location twice on our recent vacation. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing 👏

The pool was closed during our 2nd stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice, the rooms were modern, clean and attractive. The IGH mattresses are very comfortable. They had a homemade breakfast with a wide variety of food.

We really enjoyed staying at this location! The breakfast alone deserves 100 stars! We would definitely stay at this location again :)

The fitness center could use some weights

Amazing holiday decorations in the lobby. Friendly staff. Good hot breakfast. Even though some items ran out the staff said that more was coming shortly and that was true. It was a busy morning but the staff worked hard to serve the guests.

A bit pricey for Raton.

It was clean, pretty, and there were deer right outside. It was back from the interstate. Also, the lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

The bath tub plug took some time to figure out.

Awesome location! Great view of the mountains! Just south of downtown, and off a side road from the highway (no noise/and no worrying about safety). Breakfast was wonderful, hot and fresh with lots of options. There was a little putting area, and a small courtyard for hanging out at.
