I liked that we had a room on the 1st floor and the room was clean. And, I'm glad it included breakfast even though we received a message from this motel before we arrived saying that breakfast and the pool would not be open because of construction.

We had a handicapped room that did not have any counter around the sink to place our toiletries. Perhaps a shelf or counter can be placed for this purpose. Also, at 5 AM we had somebody start a diesel truck right outside our door that ran noisily for 45 minutes before they left. If this is a long-term guest I would make sure they parked away from the rooms so that overnight guests don't have to endure this noise so early in the morning.

It was quiet, clean, good location to Get to and also to Denny’s, while they served a breakfast, we like more and better full service restaurant…I want to say, while it isn’t I the greatest motel, it was a great value for the money, & we really didn’t expect to have a great breakfast with eggs and bacon…. The whole experience was pleasant for $$ paid, we would be staying again if we are in the area at nightfall.

Nothing really

The room was nice. Beds are very comfortable. Clean linen and towels. Coffee, milk, OJ, toast and waffles for breakfast! AC worked phenomenal. Nice area, restaurants all around. I was in Raton for work so it was perfect and relaxing coming back to the hotel. Also a good deer sighting spot with the grassy land right across where they eat.

My television and radio in the room didn’t work. The clock radio wasn’t plugged in, so I plugged it in and was able to set the time. However I was unable to get anything static or station on the radio. The TV remote did not have adequate batteries, so I got no use of the TV.

Bed was comfortable, quiet, well lit with nice lamps. No breakfast as it was closed due to remodel.

Could have been a little cleaner. Had to search for the TV remote and found under the bed which showed us the dust bunnies and dirt.

Good people own this. They are actively making an older motel into a better one. Be patient, it won’t be completed overnight. Very fair price and right off the interstate. I’d come back. Room was clean.

The heater was not on and it took several hours to get the room warmed up. It should have been turned on because it was extremely cold!

The location was okay.

The smoke detector was open with no batteries. The mattresses seemed very old and used hard. I booked a deluxe room with two queen beds. it was supposed to be bigger than the rooms with double beds. I got one of the smaller rooms with two double beds. the room was very small. I paid over $100.00 for this room. the night before, I paid $75.00 for a similar room at a Rodeway Inn.

The area was close by a lot of things. It was quiet. The place was very clean. The staff were nice. It was a quick trip and the price was just perfect for that.

The man checking us in had the attitude as if he was doing us a favor of letting us stay there. By all indications, the pandemic restrictions and safety measures are lifted, however, there still isn’t any type of breakfast offered.
