Room was very clean. Beds very comfy. Price was reasonable. And, it's right off the freeway.

These are very minor, but there was a wooden door stop left right in the middle of the floor just inside the door. With the lights not on yet, this might have caused an injury if stepped on. Also, the refrigerator had no little freezer section like most of the motel rooms we've stayed in. The TV was surprisingly large, but we couldn't figure out how to get any programming on it. Luckily, we didn't really need any.

The manager and front desk clerk were nice (evening)

The front desk clerk in the morning was lazy. My wife (72) asked for a paper plate and the girl told her there were no more, only the bowls. Another inquired about where the eggs were and she didn’t respond? When the older employee showed up she made the eggs and brought out more plates. A delivery showed up but he didn’t bring plates. Poor customer service from the younger employee.

The rooms are basic - no carpet; tile entry and vinyl flooring. Our refrigerator was leaking when we came in, and called the front desk. She immediately sent the maintenance man in and he switched out the fridge for another, as ours needed the freezer defrosted. The bathtub leaked and had been doing so for a while. No iron or ironing board, and no closet. HOWEVER... the sheets were clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the towels were of good quality. The price was reasonable - $104, which included taxes, and the staff were all very friendly. If you're looking for clean, basic, and budget-friendly, this is the place for you!

Very friendly staff checking us in and later taking us to the ice machine that worked. Hot sausage, toast waffles and eggs hit the spot and got us on the road. .It was our second stay here. It's right across from the Blue Hole!

It's just a shame that Santa Rosa looks like it's drying up. So many closed businesses. I'm glad Super 8 is sticking it out!

Room was clean and decorated nicely. Check in was the easiest I have ever had to do since I booked the room through priceline. My family will be going back towards Arizona this summer and we will be using this motel for our one stop over night stay.

The only complaint I would have and I wouldn't even call it a compliant is I wish there had been 4 towels in the bathroom. There were 3 and my daughter and myself made do and we could have requested more, but I also didn't see any point in bothering someone for one Towel so that is the only reason I say I would have liked to have had 4.

Was located close to the water park and to the McDonald room was big enough for the 6 of us and loved the fact that one of the 3 queen beds had its own space and breakfast in the morning was real food like scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy not just cereal or toast always a big plus

Only thing was that I could really not like was the tv remote had a few buttons that sometimes stick down and made the guide go to wrong channel but not a big deal lol

I loved that the pictures didn’t do the actual room justice! They were so much better than expected! I especially loved how our 3 rd queen bed had its own private room without an additional cost! They had a good mini fridge as well as a microwave and the microwave actually had usb ports as well as wall plugs that was a great addition! The shower is spacious and bathroom is beautiful! Loved that we had cable tv!

I liked the breakfast, I thought it was very cool we could make our own waffles and the breakfast wasn’t bad at all, however, they advertised that you are able to take to go containers , I paid for a family of 5, yet when we went the younger staff were really rude monitoring everything we got to eat and we only took 1 serving each to go we didn’t eat and then take some so it made us a bit uncomfortable. The ladies who checked me in were absolutely a delight, it was more so the younger people that were pretty rude.

The outside of the building should have a better "curb appeal". There was a lot of garbage containers filled to overflowing. The landscape rock on the perimeter of the building is dated and full of weeds. However the inside was more than expected. Good food in the breakfast area.

The room was way bigger than I thought we were getting for the price! 🤠👍🏼 It was a double room with 3 beds. I thought 1 was going to be a pullout sofa but it was an entire room!! 👍🏼😎 We pulled off around 4pm which was perfect timing because 2 hours later the place was full!

Just not a lot of dining choices in the town. But they have a McDonald's so....

Hotel is older, but it is clean!!! Clean is important!! Beds are a little lumpy but I sleep soundly, Can hear the people upstairs, but not a problem for me. Breakfast was the usual carb loaded offerings and powered eggs. Coffee was not bad. Staff was very helpful extending my stay.
