The staff was great. The room was wonderful. Everything was there for us. We had a good night sleep and we enjoyed our stay with best Western and we will again use best Western. Thank you. The breakfast was sufficient and hot and very delicious. The lady that was in the breakfast room was wonderful. She was very attentive and had a smile on her face and she was wonderful. We started our day with a smile because of her and we thank you for her.

The breakfast was exceptional. Lots of choices. Fresh fruit including blueberries. The staff at breakfast went above and beyond. The desk staff was friendly as well.

The fitness room was 24 hrs which was nice, but it was an older building which meant I needed to walk outside to get to the fitness room and I wasn't comfortable doing that in the dark

The room was good sized, except for the bathroom, clean, and easy to access. We travelled with dogs, so we found that there wasn't enough noise dampening in the room, but otherwise was well done

The bathroom was so cramped. The door was within inches of the toilet, when it swung to close. It made me claustrophobic. A bit more sound dampening would have been nice.

The breakfast chile was amazing. The gal that makes it uses her own recipe and it is worth the stay to experience her chile! The hotel is clean and comfortable.

The freeway was right off my balcony and I was concerned whether I would sleep at all. I was able to get a good rest because everything else felt good. For me, I wouldn't want to stay here again because of the freeway, but if there was a room that would be quieter I would because the breakfast chili is amazing. Now my son appreciates noise to help him sleep, so he was okay.

A comfortable room on the first floor with parking right outside. The room has been recently refurbished and was very clean. Room had all facilities needed including a microwave. Breakfast was excellent, with helpful staff on hand. Comfortable bed and quiet a/c unit ensured a good night's rest. Front desk staff were especially helpful and loaned us a phone charger until we could get a replacement for one we had lost.

Nothing - everything was fine

The room was clean, and the carpet & furnishings appeared to be new. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was very good.

My room was located at the back of the property facing the interstate. (Too noisy) Next time, I’ll ask for a room near the front of the building.

Stayed coming and going on recent trip. Breakfast first time was great. Second time a tour bus load of high school boys cleaned out all the hot breakfast foods. Cook couldn't keep up. Since the hotel knew about bus load in advance, extra cook staff should have been hired. Had been looking forward to their goo, hot breakfast. So disappointed.

Hot breakfast foods all gone by 6.30 am due to bus load of teenage boys. Since the bus load was booked in advance, they should have hired extra staff. Disappointed as breakfast here is usually very good.

The staff are extremely nice and welcoming. The breakfast is very good. Giving cookies and water to guests as they check in is a nice touch. The rooms are nice and comfortable.

We were put on the side where the highway runs and there was constant noise from traffic. We had a pet so those were the only rooms available. Suggestion: have a couple of pet friendly rooms available on the parking lot side for people who are sensitive to traffic noise.

The facility appeared clean. Their breakfast buffet was one of the best we have experienced. Bed was comfortable, which is important!

This facility does not have elevators. We are seniors and had difficulty hauling our luggage up the stairs after a long day (11+ hours) on the road.

Although the hotel is older it was a great place to stay. It was clean, our room was plenty big, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was the best I have had in a hotel. Wide variety of options, nothing overly fancy just plenty of choices. This was our first time staying here but it will not be our last.

It was a little difficult to get the room the right temp but we got that figured out. The shower was also a little tricky getting the water temp right. Seems the internal mixing valve may need replaced, you could feel it disengage. Minor repair, valves wear out.
