The hotel was comfortable, clean, and altogether serviceable. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless. All of the amenities were up-to-date. The room was of a size typical for NYC, small but comfortable with a couch and small table for eating (no desk, however). My room had a view of the building next door, but located on a side street between two major streets (Madison Av/Lexington Av) I really wasn't expecting a scenic view. I got a bit more light because I was on the top floor which was nice. The air-conditioning during my hot and humid stay in Manhattan was excellent and worked like a dream (and noiselessly). The daily free breakfast was *much* nicer and had more offerings than just about any hotel breakfast I've ever seen. The staff was pleasant and helpful. It was truly excellent. The location is great. It's in Flatiron/NoMad district. It's a quick walk to Madison Square Park and to the pedestrian-friendly stretch of Broadway. The hotel is at Park Av/E 24th, so easy to catch buses uptown as well as the 6-train. Park Av itself in that area is pretty bland, but just go west and there's SO much shopping and dining. Having stayed uptown the past few visits, I'm glad I stayed in lower Midtown. It's also easy to get to the East Village from there.

My only complaint is that my room was right up against the elevator shaft. And the elevators are *extremely* noisy. It's not so bad late at night being on the top floor, since not many people were coming or going that far up. But the banging from the elevators was pretty loud all hours. I would absolutely stay here again, but I'd ask for a room as far away from the elevators as possible.

The reception area is splendid and the desk staff is warm and friendly. I loved the little bag of bottled water and candy treats. The room was spacious with excellent temperature control and it was very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was top notch and the staff were exceptional. There were many good places to eat dinner in the neighborhood.

The coffee pot in my room was not working. The cell phone charger wasn't working for my phone. The hot water in the lobby was not hot enough to brew tea, but I was able to warm it in my room in the microwave, which worked great.

The location in regards to things my friend and I did was fantastic, and the location was fairly quiet. The room was comfortable (though small), and the staff was great and very accommodating. Most of the provided breakfast was delicious, and the fact that the meal items rotated was nice.

While the provided breakfast overall was delicious, there was often a shortage of food for those who were dining. In addition, there was a shortage of seating in the dining area. The walls of the room purchased were relatively thin and close to the elevator on my floor, so one can very often hear people coming and going, which can be very distracting for light sleeper.

Nice location, very close to flatiron building and madison square gardens and other happening spots. The room was the biggest I've seen in NY and very comfortable, cosy, and clean. The beds were very comfortable, there was a sofa with a desk to work, clothesrail, microwave, fridge and coffee machine. Bathroom was very well stocked as well. Good wifi and overall a very comfortable stay! Will visit again

The breakfast is in a dark and dingy room in the basement which I didn't like, a sunny spot or at least someplace with natural air would have been a lot nicer.

Quiet neighborhood and central to a few subway stations and experiences. The staff understood the assignment (my fear of elevators) and ensured I got a lower floor and had access to the stairs. On top of that, their breakfast is one of my favorites.

The shower tends to leak. Had trouble with this in another room on a different floor. Room service can also be a little on the slow side.

The location is great—just a 3-minute walk to the nearest subway station, making it super convenient for getting around. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing place to unwind after a day of exploring.

1. The room lacked a wardrobe, offering only a few hangers, which made organizing clothes a bit inconvenient. 2. While the breakfast was decent, there’s definitely room for improvement. 3. The elevators were extremely slow, with wait times often exceeding 5 minutes.

The location is ideal. Services offered were amazing. There is free coffee and lemonade 24/7 in the lobby. Breakfast was basic but really nice. The staff was exceptional. I would like to mention Miss Megha she went above and beyond to ensuring we had a comfortable stay and gave us farewell water and chocolates complimentary when we were leaving the hotel. It really made our day and the whole experience overall.

Ideally situated, breakfast was good great choices available was in a quiet area lovely park nearby and good choice of coffee shops and places to eat, easy to get about with the subway although also within walking distance of midtown.

No negatives we had a fantastic stay, room wasn’t the biggest but was only slept there was out all day

The location is excellent, facilities are great and the room is very comfortable and was cleaned very well

The staff was not so helpful in helping resolve basic requests like splitting payment between two different cards. At one point they were borderline rude.

All was great. Shower was nice and warm, bed was clean and comfortable. Towels were clean and plentiful. Small fridge and microwave were quite handy. Good Wi-Fi.

Breakfast wasn't huge selection, but warm and tasty. Eggs, oatmeal, meatballs, waffles, yoghurt, tea, coffee, milk.
