It was an awesome place. Very clean. We stayed there for 3 nights and we were most of the time outside traveling to places. Most famous places were just walking distance from this place. So it was really convenient for us. Overall the place was clean and comfortable.

Nothing special to remember about what we didn’t like in it because there were all the things we needed. Overall nothing we missed.

Location in NYC is perfect for tourists. Close to transport, middle of everything interesting in NYC, nice park at the corner, places to eat (Eataly). Staff generally helpful, depends of the persons, some of the guys extremely nice an helpful with infos and tips, other just normal. Rooms small though this is a good place to sleep only, but…

…But the beds are extremely soft so if you love your spinal cord you have problem….

Location is great. The hotel rooms are renovated in most essential places. Thanks no carpet in the room! Mobile checkin, mobile key were very convenient. Storing the luggage was very useful. Cafe on the first floor is very handy

The room was spacious and overall very clean upon entry. The staff was also friendly and it was really easy to communicate with them.

Everything was great and the room was clean. However, the shower could have been cleaned a little better and there was some gunk in the hole located on the side of the bathroom sink.

Great location with access to a lot of different activities nearby. Additionally, the luggage room was really helpful as we had weird flight times. The front desk people were also kind and helpful.

I submitted an early check-in request, but it got denied as there was someone in the room before us. This meant that we couldn't check-in until 4:00 pm, which seemed later than a typical hotel. When we arrived in the morning at 7 am, we were told that our room would be prioritized for cleaning; however I never received any sort of message that we could check in earlier than the 4:00 pm time. Therefore, request early check-in as soon as possible if you need it.

The location was very good. The staff were nice and accommodating.

Mais service was only available 12-4 each day. This didn’t work with out schedule so we went two days without service.

Location was brilliant, 20 mins walk from Time Square, subway station 2 mins away, relatively quiet street. Staff were also very helpful and pleasant. Room is very nice and bed is comfortable.

Our shower had a leak, which meant every morning we had to use spare towels to mop up. This may have just been an issue with our room. Also we were on the top floor and there is a rooftop bar. One night it was rented out for a private party and the noise was a real problem. In fairness, the staff arranged for us to use a room on a lower floor that night which was very accommodating.

Can't beat the location! So easy to get around from here and there's a great bar/cafe downstairs too (that serves Aussie coffee!). This is truly a hotel for millennials - everything is handled via the app and with door codes and self-serve. Great TV in the rooms for easy streaming from your own streaming apps as well. Very well organised!

Our shower door was sealed properly so the bathroom would almost flood every time we showered but aside from that all good. There was a bar fridge in the room but it didn't work properly so didn't really keep water cold which was a shame in a summer heat wave!

Small perfect located hotel with a nice convenient restaurant at first level and plenty of great restaurants and cafe’s nearby. Walking distance to many attractions and bus and subway stations right around the corner. Double room was perfect for 2 people. Very comfortable beds, for NYC good size room, quite and everything we needed included. The staff member at the reception desk on Friday night was outstanding, coming up to our room right away helping us to set up WiFi and TV. We will be staying at the Henry again!

I don’t like the Sonder app. It is not helpful and the promised room I requested via the app wasn’t available as promised in a chat with a Sonder customer service representative.

My parents and brother stayed here while we were in another hotel near Central Park. They really like it, it is spacious (compared to the one in Central Park) and the self service model works well. It is near Madison Square Park and Flatiron building, very nice.
