The breakfast was very good: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, real waffles, cereals, fruit, oatmeal, grits, etc. My room was right by interstate 95, but I couldn’t hear the traffic. The staff behind the front desk was really friendly — not just professionally friendly, but genuinely friendly. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and the water was hot. My room was very clean.

The location was not very close to restaurants. There was a sports bar next door that served good food and had friendly staff, but was way too loud for comfortable dining. The pool was not open. At the time of my stay, there was a lot of road construction going on around/near the hotel.

Convenient to Galot Dragstrip.

Hispanic desk clerk on evening shift is a really an arrogant employee. She said I did not have another reservation for an additional night. She wanted to argue with me about my having a confirmation for my reservation for a third night at the facility. All she would say is that I needed to take it up with the Manager in the morning. Finally after she saw I had a confirmation on my phone after twenty minutes of continuously stating I didn't have reservations she said because I had made them on Booking it wasn't showing on her system. Bull crap, if she is that ignorant and that arrogant she needs to find other employment.

Unfortunately, I didn't stay for breakfast. I woke up way early and decided to get on the road before breakfast started.

The location was great, right off I-95N. What wasn't so great was the construction. I could see the hoetl from the road but the 'dirt' road in front (where one makes the right) wasn't well marked, so I passed it thinking the right turn would be further up. Finally, I arrived and reception was perfect. Another negative was the fact that no restaurants deliver to the property, and after 8 hrs. on the road, I had to get back into the car and drive an exit up to get Burger King. I think it should be noted in your advertising that restaurants aren't right near you and you can't get delivery.

The hotel was easily accessible from the interstate.Staff was friendly hotel was clean.Accommodations were comfortable.Breakfast was very nice

We had hoped there would be a better choice of restaurants nearby. There are no or lyfts or uber to drive you to restaurants that are greater than walking distance

The lady who checked me in was wonderful. Polite, kind and was able to answer my questions. The breakfast was well supplied and available.

Room was small and next to the elevator. Exterior front of building did not look inviting. Work trucks on gravel in front.

Conveniently located right off 95! The room was clean and comfortable , it had a refrigerator and microwave. Television worked well. Beds were good..They accommodated me in a first floor room with a window to be able to look out my window at my very packed van! The staff is super nice! Bathrooms clean and stocked! Price was reasonable, book ahead tho it filled up fast. Area was very nice with plenty of food choices and gas stations. Breakfast area is clean and had plenty to offer at 6am for a quick breakfast..would stay there again while traveling!

The Comfort Inn certainly isn't a luxury hotel, but it was absolutely fine for our purposes. We stayed 2 nights at the start of our trip and returned for 2 nights at the end. It's right off the exit ramp of I95; not a lot of services in the immediate location, but all the usual fast food restaurants, Walmart, etc. right down the road in Dunn. The room wasn't beautiful, but it was a good size, clean and comfortable; had a microwave and refrigerator. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The staff were all friendly. The breakfast was what you'd expect for a "breakfast included" hotel (eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, muffins, juice, coffee). I would stay there again if I have to return to the area.

The lobby decor is a little too spare; almost off-putting when you first check in. But, getting beyond that, the hotel was everything we needed for our in-transit stay.

Nice facility. Very friendly, courteous young man working @ breakfast buffet.

Work going on outside Inn impacting ability to get into the parking lot, inconvenience. The stink of weed being smoked on the floor where we stayed. Maybe the whole place should be smoke free!!!

Very presentable, clean and the staff was polite.

When we enter the room daily (#216) it felt damp and not cold/cool. Even with the AC at 72 degrees. The exhaust in the bathroom doesn't remove the steam.

The waffle was perfect and so was the location.

I felt uncomfortable taking a shower. It was a high step up to get in shower and there were no safety bars to hold on to while getting in or while showering.
