the motel was comfortable for the price, and it served the purpose of what my family and i needed while visiting the area. we had a total of 7 (4 adults & 3 kids) people and 2 dogs. The staff was friendly and attentive. I do wish they would give more than 2 towels for room. i would stay here again if needed as its a reasonable cost i would just make sure to pack towels if traveling here in addition to brining normal toiletries.

Loved the physical layout. The location couldn’t be better. The owner at the front desk was most accommodating.

Nothing. I recognize an older property and the upgrades and preventative maintenance they do. Bathroom tile and grout is probably next on their renovation list. Television and the channels offered were above average. We carry a laptop for streaming and didn’t need it. Wi-Fi was robust. I’m used to using my own hotspot.

Good location to where I needed to go. Very close to restaurants. Also, very nice staff. I actually slept better than I normally do in a motel. Also, they are pet friendly. And, even though the room was small it kind of reminded me of simpler times. Silly I know, but brought back a few memories.

Well, it's kind of dated but it looks like they are trying hard to make improvements. That is really a good thing. Maybe add the little chocolate doughnuts to the vending machine.

This is the second time my son & I have stayed here. As this is an older hotel, it isn't perfect. However, it was clean and comfortable, the staff is very accommodating, it was close to where we wanted to be and the price was good.

The walls were thin. It sounded like we had elephants walking above us. However, we were tired. Once we got to sleep, the noise wasn't a problem.

Friendly staff. Housekeeping was very friendly and accomadating to our needs. Very close to Reeves Theatre. Affordable. We will stay here again, but only in Non-smoking rooms.

I wish we had been offered smoke free rooms, which is what my Mother and Sister had and their room was very nice, clean and pleasant smelling. We are former smokers so we ended up in a smoking room. Our rooms were very nasty. The bedspread had burn holes. The towels looked yellow and dingy. Sink and tub stains. The toilet was cracked. The smoke smell was horrible. It smelled so bad, we had to leave our door open, which was a mistake as the "smoking outside area" was right at our door! Everything we brought into the room (clothes, luggage) will need to be washed to remove the funky room smell.

Cost and location, pleasant staff.

It was very basic. Some minor maintenance issues such as a ceiling stain. Zero services other than a room (no on site breakfast, no on site exercise room. Etc)

Accommodations were a little outdated, but that gave it character. Clean and staff was friendly. Convenient to everything!!

The condition of the hotel is a work in progress. Some things needed to be repaired but overall it was great!

Couldn't see out of the window due to the condensation. Also, the room next to us, you could hear his TV through the walls.
